We went to Soho and dropped by this Peruvian restaurant! First thing that struck me was that all the chefs were Peruvians! The interior design was also very beautiful, with a colourful and vibrant wall. So we already had really high expectations of the lunch, and gladly it didn’t disappoint!-The 1/4 chicken is really nice! The 1/4 chicken is really nice! It’s marinated with black beer, ginger, garlic, fennel and rosemary for two days, so it has a complex and rich flavour, as well as an appealing aroma! The chicken was very juicy and tender, unlike the usual chicken thighs that are overcooked and firm!

The Argentine steak, on the other hand, was just fair. It’s a bit thin in my opinion. And having tried Argentine steak in a London restaurant that’s visited by Lionel Messi before, I would say the Argentine steak served in this restaurant isn’t too authentic. Perhaps this steak is cooked in the Peruvian style instead? Yet, I like the green sauce on top, as it’s slightly spicy and appetising!

On a side note, many food ingredients in this restaurant are directly imported from Peru, so you can expect the exotic vibe and feel like travelling in Peru in this restaurant!
