After placing my order, I was served with three Korean side dishes: sprouts, bean curd, and kimchi. The slightly spicy kimchi was the best for me!
Potato Pancake ($99)A crispy and golden crust on the outside, and a soft and flavorful inside. The pancake is not greasy and has a sweet potato flavor. Dipping it in the sauce makes it even more delicious!
Braised Oxtail Stew ($198)The tender meat of the oxtail can be separated from the bone with just a gentle pinch. Slowly simmered, the broth became deep and rich, with hints of soy, garlic, and subtle sweetness from the onions. Each spoonful of soup has a well-balanced flavor and is not overly salty.
Hot Pot Bibimbap (Beef) ($120)The beef was marinated and seasoned perfectly, and when mixed with the gochujang sauce and vegetables, it created a rich combination of flavors. The stone pot was hot enough to create crispy charred rice at the bottom, giving the dish an additional layer of texture and flavor.
Soy Garlic Baby KFC ($120)Crispy chicken pieces coated in a glossy sauce that balances sweet, salty, and lightly garlicky flavors - even better with a bit of extra sauce on top!
The restaurant's stews are particularly good, with a range of options perfect for winter. I tried the oxtail stew, which had an impressively rich broth. 
There's also a wide range of Makgeolli (Korean rice wine), making it a great place to have a meal and drinks with friends!
