Nestled in the vibrant heart of Central, the Argentine Steakhouse is a culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. As I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, eager to guide me through the menu and recommend their specialties.
To start, I ordered the Empanadas ($75), which featured grilled chicken, tomato, and oregano. These little pockets of goodness were perfectly baked, with a golden crust that was both flaky and satisfying. The filling was generous and bursting with flavor, showcasing the quality of the ingredients.
Next up was the Creamed Corn ($108). This dish was a revelation! The creamed corn was rich and creamy, with a hint of sweetness that complemented the savory elements of my meal.
For the main I ordered the *Hanger / Entraña Guesa* (400g) ($448). This cut of beef is known for its rich flavor and tenderness, and the Argentine Steakhouse did not disappoint. Cooked to perfection, the steak was juicy and flavorful, with a beautiful char that added depth to each bite.
However, the true highlight of my meal was the*Chicken Alfredo ($208). I had come to this steakhouse expecting to indulge in their renowned steaks, but the Chicken Alfredo was a delightful surprise. The pasta was cooked al dente, providing the perfect texture to complement the creamy sauce. The Alfredo sauce was rich and velvety, with just the right amount of garlic and Parmesan to elevate the dish. The grilled chicken was tender and juicy, adding a satisfying protein element that made this dish a complete meal.
In conclusion, I left feeling satisfied and eager to return, not only for the steak but also to relive the experience of that incredible Chicken Alfredo. Highly recommended!
