The Oysters were incredibly fresh, a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients. The Tuna Tartare with Salmon Roe was a beautiful and delicate dish, the flavors blending harmoniously. We then enjoyed the Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Champagne Jelly, a luxurious and expertly prepared dish that was a true highlight of the evening.
