My friend organized a wine blind tasing dinner here and had arrange a menu of 8 courses. First we ordered the juicy fresh octopus to start. First course
Deep fried scallop with yam
A big scallop surrounded by crispy yam. Tasty!!!
Second course
South African abalone with chicken soup
With great ingredients! You can taste they prepare this soup with so much efforts!
Third course
Special dish— steamed razor clams with chinese wine, egg white and flat noodles
Loveeeee! The razor clams are so fresh! Egg white is sily smooth! Wish the flavor of wine can be stronger.
Forth course
Pan seared king prawn
In rich tomato sauce and serve with rice crackers
Fifth course
Grouper with criosy rice in soup
The rice absorbs the soup. Fish is super tender and fresh. We had 2 bowls each
Sixth course
Smoked pigeon with tea
This is very special. The pigeon got a mild tea flavour. Skin is super crispy!
Then there is some veggies and dessert. Such a great dinner!
