Their friendly professional telephone manners already gave me a very good impression of this place, not to mention their great service throughout the dinner. Two ladies, had the following to share:- small caesar salad: very fresh romaine lettuce; dressing evenly tossed- lobster bisque: wasn't hot enough and too thick- 12oz rib eye: It came on a sizzling hot plate of melted butter and they gave us another sizzling plate since we to wanted share it. The steak was done medium as requested, very f
Two ladies, had the following to share:
- small caesar salad: very fresh romaine lettuce; dressing evenly tossed
- lobster bisque: wasn't hot enough and too thick
- 12oz rib eye: It came on a sizzling hot plate of melted butter and they gave us another sizzling plate since we to wanted share it. The steak was done medium as requested, very flavorful and tender.
- creamed spinach on side: This came in a separate small dish. I spooned it onto my sizzling plate and served with the rib eye... nothing could've been better...
- Molten chocolate cake: poor. It was huge, but the center was just very moist and not molten. Maybe other desserts are better.
I think Ruth's should be a good substitute for The Steak House at InterCon to save some money. I haven't been there (and I really think I should), but I am already very impressed with this restaurant.
