靜靜地搵個地方傾下計,簡單食啲嘢,老best聚會就揀咗呢間已經開咗70年(香港開咗27年)懷舊餐廳🥰餐廳係用咗深木色為主,懷舊得嚟非常乾淨,皮革依然保持得好好,而且空間感十足🪑點好餐會先上暖暖法包,配佢哋嘅牛油🧈真係一絕Sizzling crabs cakes 🦀呢個蟹餅係佢哋必點之一,上菜個陣仲聽到滋滋聲蟹餅外面有小小脆,直落一啖餅裡面肉好多,而且好彈,牛油溶咗係好香😋我欣賞佢哋用類似一個網袋包起舊檸檬,成件事好優雅😆16oz ribeyes 🥩with 4 shrimp 🍤 佢哋用嘅係USDA Prime cut,今次食嘅係medium,一上菜不得了,爆香,聞到番西同牛油味已經留口水🤤 蝦正常水準重點係本身店員會俾隻熱碟俾你,當你將塊牛放落碟會稍微加加個熱度,塊牛軟身,入口個下無得輸。記得快啲影完相唔好講嘢住,真係要快啲食,由於隻碟持續有溫度係度,慢慢牛肉就有7成,點熟度嘅時候要留意😉Steak fries 🍟 好特別嘅粗薯條,落咗啲rosemary,非常濃厚Cheese 🧀 berries唔係講笑,真係要大讚呢個蛋糕,真係有驚喜🤩 唔係平時食開嘅紐約芝士風,上面係鋪咗乳酪,真係好豐富,餅底唔會過硬,每層都好平均,就係啱啱好,一啲都唔會膩,搞到好想點埋其他蛋糕食Chocolate cake我係Openrice訂位,原來有寫明生日嘅話,餐廳會根據當日有嘅驚喜款出,可以寫到字,我哋今餐就食到朱古力蛋糕,又係好出色,即使比例上唔多朱古力,都已經好濃🫣 最最最開心係餐廳同我哋影咗一張相即曬返俾我哋做紀念😍 要大讚呢度服務一流,好多提議,我最欣賞夠老實,佢真心同你講邊樣相對上好食👍🏻 整體體驗好好,欣賞每一道菜嘅驚喜

第三次到尖沙咀茹絲葵就餐。每一次都很期待,但這次實在是失望而歸。母親喜歡吃扒,母親節帶家人到茹絲葵,打算大快朵頤。$900大洋的ribeye吃了三分一便無法再咽下,難以想像。5成熟的肉眼排肉質極粗糙,多筋多肥肉。母親問我,為什麼要用人均千元去吃普通茶餐廳質素的牛排,無言以對⋯⋯侍應服務態度極好,環境依然相當優美,但這次是最後一次到茹絲葵進餐了,實在無比失望⋯⋯

Normally, our visits here set us back over $1,000 each, so this is a delightful treat! 💖.The menu kicks off with your choice of starter: the classic steakhouse salad, mouthwatering carpaccio, or the comforting soup of the day. Don’t miss the chance to add on their Sizzlin Blue Crab Cakes—they’re packed with crab meat and utterly delicious! 🦀✨.For the main course, you can choose from a petite filet, salmon filet, or stuffed chicken breast. I highly recommend upgrading your steak—after all, Ruth’s Chris is famous for its incredible steaks! We opted for the tender 8 oz filet with fresh shrimp and the 12 oz ribeye. Each bite melts in your mouth, and they arrive on sizzling buttered plates to keep everything warm! 🔥🥩 To complement your steak, you can choose between creamy mashed potatoes or delicious creamed spinach..And for dessert, you can indulge in ice cream or upgrade to my all-time favorite—the homemade cheesecake! 🍰 It’s perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, with a delightful crunch from the crust..The service at Ruth’s Chris is always top-notch! 🌟 I can’t recommend this place enough—be sure to check it out during Restaurant Week!

情人節去了Ruth’s Chris 食個午餐,拎左支La cases 1982配塊Porterhouse,相當滿意。個份量好大,其實分四個人食都夠。拍片。切出嚟有八件,而且非常厚身。Crabcake兩件都相當有份量,好好食好香。因為自己帶酒冇認真睇過Wine List,所以對wine list個part冇乜特別意見。總括嚟講服務都相當好,冇特別要求窗邊位都專登俾咗個corner窗邊位我哋。情人節午餐首選,因為唔係好多扒房有開中午。

主要是餐廳職員服務10分好,職員也好細心,有些我們認為小的問題無關緊要的事都留意到,例如因為朋友生日飯,所以我花多了時間拍照,用來食牛扒的碗碟本來熱騰騰的,因為我們拍照關係☺️碟已經不再熱了,他們也會主動提供服務,幫我們更換一個新的熱騰騰碗碟,還不停提醒我們們小心燙手,這又太細心啦吧😆整體食物也不錯👍🏻有套餐、有單點,我們三個女的,怕點三個套餐會太多吃不完餐廳也很好,不會勉強我們三個人必須點三個套餐所以只點了兩個套餐,已經飽到傻😆🍌香蕉甜品實在太正🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻我們三人都說這一間餐廳是會想再來的,亦都想推介給身邊的朋友
