Premium Sashimi Don 極上刺身DON ＄78The whole bowl of sashimi don is covered with a layer of mix sashimi including prawn, salmon roe, scallops, tuna, and salmon slices. The rice underneath is generous and it has a nice acidic from the vinegar.
Everything look and taste fresh wth a good old fresh light sea water taste. I particularly like the salmon slices because they have a very even marble mark. A great piece to enjoy with some sushi rice, while the prawn also has an enjoyable sweetness to it. The shop has a few standing space for customer to dine on the street. A few selections of party sets are also available for you to celebrate the holiday seasons with friends and families. Pricing from around $2xx - $6xx depending on the size of the party trays.
