A hidden gem in Kowloon City — this tiny eight-seat sushi bar feels like a quick trip to Japan. Two chefs work quietly behind the counter, serving up fresh, beautifully cut sushi with warmth and pride.We tried toro, oysters, yellowtail, scallops, and uni — all incredibly fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. At first glance, the fish looked unassuming, but once the chef started slicing, you could see his precision and care in every move. The food was really really excellent.What really stood out was the sincerity. The chefs genuinely love what they do, and that passion comes through in both the food and their friendly chat. The space is simple, but the experience feels special. The manager there is very friendly and knowledgeable. We even signed up for their membership — definitely a place we’ll return to.
