— First time trying rendang beef and it definitely won’t be my last time having it! The beef was rich and full of flavour, with the meat being tender and easy to eat. I love that there are so many different elements to this dish, and depending on your liking, you can choose what to mix/what not to mix. A favourite of mine was their chilli paste which was so fragrant and not overly spicy. It went super well with the rice and added a lot of extra flavour to the dish.

— Had to try this out after seeing people recommending this. This looked a lot less impressive when it arrived in comparison to the photo but we were still eager to try it out because of how nice it smelt 😂 Honestly, this looks a lot more flavourful than it actually is even with all its accompaniments. Personally, I thought this lacked savouriness and fragrance despite all of the sauces, fried garlic and dried fish. Overall an average dish with room for improvement in terms of flavour.

— Always a bit hesitant to order vegetable dishes when dining out because they’re usually drenched in oil. But this dish had close to no oil, with the only oil coming from the chilli sauce on top. Portion size was a lot larger than expected. Overall good dish if you’re looking to add some greens into your meal.
Pic 4️⃣: Ipoh White Coffee (Hot) - $24/$17 hkd (à la carte/combo) ☕️
— Ordered this with less sugar but this was still incredibly sweet. The condensed milk flavour is pretty strong, and probably where most of the sweetness comes from. Otherwise, the coffee was fragrant and pretty smooth.
