Had another fantastic visit to Restoran SAYA in Tai Kok Tsui! This time we tried a few different items, and honestly, everything was top-notch.Thai Style Baby Oyster Cake ($128)Wow! 🦪 This was fried incredibly well – super crispy and light with a wonderful airy texture inside. Despite being so airy, it was packed with a rich and satisfying oyster flavour. Crab Curry With Soft Crab ($188)This curry was incredibly flavourful and aromatic! 🦀 Filled with generous amounts of tender crab meat, it was served with three pieces of Garlic Focaccia Bread. The bread was perfect for dipping and soaking up all that addictive curry sauce. So good! 😋
Mango Sticky Rice Birthday Cake ($198)This was such a creative and cute dessert! 🎂🥭 Presented like an actual birthday cake, but made entirely of delicious mango sticky rice. Should we call it a birthday cake or birthday rice? 😂 It tasted as good as it looked, with sweet mango and perfectly cooked sticky rice. A fantastic and memorable way to celebrate!
Coconut Smoothie ($58)Seriously, this might be the BEST coconut smoothie I have ever tasted! 🥥💯 The balance between the ice and coconut milk was just perfect – incredibly smooth, refreshing, yet intensely coconutty. It was even topped with some dried coconut flakes which added a lovely texture. Absolutely outstanding!
This meal at Restoran SAYA was truly exceptional. Every dish, from the perfectly executed oyster cake and flavour-packed curry to the unique mango sticky rice cake and that divine coconut smoothie, was a hit. Highly, highly recommend giving them a try! 👍✨
