Brunching at this charming French bistro on Staunton Street was delightful. The unique Uni Beef Tartare youtiao combo was my favorite, while the oyster tempura offered a perfect taste and texture.
For mains, I enjoyed the Lobster Bisque Risotto with Argentinian Red Prawn 龍蝦汁阿根廷紅蝦意大利飯 — the red prawns were sweet and firm, and the risotto was flavourful. My friend chose the Grilled Iberico Pork Rack 慢煮炭烤伊比利亞豬鞍配芥末籽燒汁伴燒雜菜, which looked equally appealing.
We concluded with a generous portioned Pistachio Pancake with Ice Cream開心果熔岩班戟配雪糕; it is thick with spongy texture paired beautifully with pistachio sauce. Definitely the best pistachio dessert I’ve ever had!
The portions here were just right, and our attentive waiter made the experience even better. Without doubt, I will be returning for their signature dishes Black Angus Ribeye Clay Pot Rice黑安格斯牛肉眼·蘭王蛋煲仔飯 and Yuzu Drunken Clams花雕柚子凍花甲.
