I’ve heard about this Japanese sake bar & restaurant from a few referees, it’s located near the far end of Cheung Sha Wan road, quiet and spacious with high ceiling inside. They specialise in uni and freshly prepared sashimi donburis garnished with gold foil. Last time we would like to dine with a walk-in, however due to rigid management, the staff told us it’s fine to give us a seating, but would need us to finish in 20 mins and return the table, cos we didn’t make a reservation in advance. It was a weekday, and it wasn’t even at rush hour during dinner time yet. We were disappointed about the management.
Today I passed by again and browsed their selection of sake, honestly speaking, quite comprehensive. It would be nice if they could offer us walk-ins when the scheduling and reservation was better handled.
