We have sudden craving for teppanyaki and my wife suggested to have dinner at Mikazuki. It was located at Cameron Plaza, couple of minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.For their dinner menu, they offered few choices for their set and in the end we go for Mikazuki premium teppanyaki set, priced at $798 per person. Sashimi 3 kinds came with hamachi, tuna and prawn sashimi. They were fresh in taste and chewy, with wasabi provided to enhance the freshness.

Sea grape salad was crunchy and juicy, slightly sour in taste and appetizing, with their salad very fresh.

Seasonal fresh oyster was from Hokkaido. Oyster was fat and huge in size, very smooth and juicy, with no sea water taste. Red radish was placed on top of it to bring out the taste.

Teppanyaki Hokkaido scallop - Scallop was grilled till juicy and sweet in taste, with those veggie very juicy and soft.

Chawanmushi was served hot, very soft and smooth. There were some fungus and salmon roe in it, making it flavourful.

Patagonian toothfish was also known as seabass, a premium fish. Fish was grilled till smooth and fresh in taste, with gravy sauce provided to dip onto it.

New Zealand lamb chop with grilled veggie - The chef was generous with the portion of lamb chop, which was cut into several slices. It was tender and juicy, no after taste, with gravy sauce added on top of it. Assorted veggie were placed at the side, grilled till crunchy and juicy.

Teppan fried rice - The waiter advised us to eat half serving of fried rice and for the remaining half, we could pour hot tea into the rice to make it into chazuke. Fried rice was very chewy and fragrant, with strong plum taste. After pouring hot tea into it, it was appetizing, with the rice and tea mixing well.

Miso soup was flavourful, served hot, with some tofu slices in it.

Red bean ice cream was sweet and milky, with red beans in it. Crispy flakes were added into it.
