I haven't been to the restaurant for more than 2 years. Sweet river shrimp - Most Shanghainese restaurants nowadays don't bother using small shrimps and instead went for the medium sized one which kills the essence of this dish. But they insisted on using the small river shrimps and seasoning was just right.

Sweet beans - Most sweet beans are usually fried with shredded Chinese ham. With the ham being sweetened, the original flavours of the beans are always overshadowed by the ham. But with just sweet beans, you can taste all the original flavourings of how the beans are being grown into.

Deep Fried Sha Ju Fish - Another seasonal special, with its thin batters and tender meats. Splendid.

Overall, the quality of Zhejiang Heen is back to what its Michelin one-star rating might suggest, would strong recommend anyone who loves a good Shanghainese cuisine to pay a visit.
