It was an evening with black rainstorm warning hoisted, but the restaurant was still packed with diners. I went there for business dinner so could not take any photos. We have got a window and the harbour view was marvellous.1. Drinks: red wine + sparkling water 2. Bread: unlimited refilled grissini with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, no complaints at all! 3. 4. First main course: eggplant lasagna, pasta is renowed at Grissini, but quite full after finishing the dish
5. Second main course: beef sirlion, I ordered medium rare but it turned out to be at least medium, veggie was salty
6. Dessert: affogato, pistachio icecream + espresso, specially ordered as it was not in the menu, tried that once during lunch, thanks to the waiter for asking the chef
7. Coffee: latte, tasted OK but not hot enough
(around $1000 from 3-7)
My boss and other business partners ordered set meal featuring summer truffle ($750/person). Personally speaking, not as nice as mine. (same comment from my boss).
I would still recommend trying the a-la-carte rather than a set meal, cos there are more choices and there are always surprises.
