While Harbour restaurant's buffet may not match the variety and ambience of the HEAVYWEIGHTS such as Cafe 103, Cafe TOO, Cafe Hyatt, etc...... I MUST STILL GIVE GOOD MARKS to Harbour because it manages to offer a pretty decent buffet menu at a surprisingly AFFORDABLE price !(Plus I got great discount when I settled the bill via Standard Chartered card, which the staff suggested, so thanks to her) Had booked the table online via OpenRice which has been so convenient. Had booked the table online via OpenRice which has been so convenient. Given my schedule, I could only book for 1:30pm and could see some items starting to run out of stock (since the lunch buffet finishes by 2:30).
I loved the Chirashi and to my surprise I haven't seen it at other restaurants' buffet. So at the moment I would say the best Chirashi I've had is at Harbour restaurant (taste-wise).
I would love to see a more colorful presentation though.
Many Chirashi I've had before were vegetarian and this one had pieces of meat/fish hidden in between.... so that was certainly a MEATY SURPRISE

Among the other dishes, the PAN FRIED DUCK was good. It was soft and juicy and was starting to run out.... so clearly everyone was liking it.
The FRIED MACKEREL was perfect. It was not flaky (as sometimes Fish dishes can become), and I definitely re-filled it more than once
The PORK was good too and the sprinkling of cheese on top of it added extra flavor and taste.

Other highlights were the PORK RIBS, FRIED RICE and FRIED EGG NOODLES. I kept re-filling these THREE items until I had no more room left . As a result I had no room left for dessert (which included a Self-Service Pancake station, fruits and cakes). This place is definitely worth a shot if you are not in the mood to spend a lot of money and still have a decent Buffet.
