New monthly menu from 𝙳𝚎𝚊𝚛 𝙲𝚘𝚏𝚏𝚎𝚎 & 𝙱𝚊𝚔𝚎𝚛𝚢 is probably one of the things that I look forward to the most at the beginning of each month ( › ·̮ ‹ ) Guess it is time to review my favourites out of the 12 menus in 2022 – the first winner goes to September! Still not yet over with the 𝐅𝐢𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐣𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐥 which was a perfect blend of the rich hojicha flavour and the subtle sweetness from the fresh figs, not to mention the 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐤𝐨 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 which was well-seasoned and creamy in texture ✧︎◝︎(*´꒳`*)◜︎✧︎˖ 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐚 𝐁𝐮𝐧 was really soft and fluffy, reminds me of Japan with the milky 𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 and gooey 𝐦𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐢 sandwiched in between ( ´▽`) As an absolute fan of cinnamon, there is no way that I would have missed out their 𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥 – it has a really intense cinnamon flavour with the cinnamon sugar well-scattered at each of the layers. But have to admit that the 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐥 sauce is quite sweet, better to share this with friends instead of finishing it on your own! Friends who visited with me all shared the same obsession in bread, so we also ordered the weekend limited edition – 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐨 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐧 – to give it a go ( ⸝⸝•。•⸝⸝ ) Indeed a very interesting combination with hot and cold ingredients coming all together!

每個月月初最期待的就是𝙳𝚎𝚊𝚛 𝙲𝚘𝚏𝚏𝚎𝚎 & 𝙱𝚊𝚔𝚎𝚛𝚢出新的menu 趁著還是新一年的一月份, 回顧一下2022年我最愛的幾款menu ✧︎◝︎(*´꒳`*)◜︎✧︎˖ 其中到現在還是令人念念不忘的是9月份的單品 – 先是甜而不膩的無花果乳酪焙茶貝果,茶味香濃的焙茶貝果配上清新香甜的原顆無花果, 這個組合真的是100分!! 質地綿密的明太子馬鈴薯沙律調味做的剛剛好, 和煙韌的貝果一起吃口感更豐富( ´▽`)鬆軟的抹茶bun跟奶味香濃的紅豆忌廉是滿滿的日本風, 很喜歡軟糯的中間的黃豆粉蕨餅♡ 作爲肉桂空的我當然沒有錯過他們的海鹽焦糖肉桂卷, 内層鋪滿了肉桂糖, 味道超濃郁, 不過海鹽焦糖醬偏甜, 自己吃一個有點太heavy, 建議和朋友分享哦~ 一起到訪的小夥伴們都是麵包控所以最後還加點了周末限定的芋泥雪糕菠蘿包, 一熱一凍再加上流沙的配搭很有趣, 很值得一試( ⸝⸝•。•⸝⸝ )
