Despite Japan has reopened for travel, good Japanese restaurants are still much needed in HK. This okonomiyaki speciality is definitely a place where you would find okay to visit even after a Japan trip 🇯🇵豪華海鮮錫紙包燒 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝘂𝘅𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹It a bag of seafood in foil paper. Didn’t expect the tamago to be so nice when they cook it. It looked like they gonna overcook it when I saw the egg pour on the teppan but it was so moist and fluffy 👍🏼

It exceeded my expectation😋 I don’t really love okonomiyaki honest since I had too many bad ones in HK when I was small. But it could actually be delicious! The generous amount of oyster was a plus too🦪
免治雞肉燒𝗧𝘀𝘂𝗸𝘂𝗻𝗲
Best item of the night😍 It’s a burger steak version of tsukune. I love the amount of crunchy soft bone inside and the flavour a lot. Mixed it with egg yolk and loads of spring onion was such an enjoyment😝
豪華炒麵 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝘂𝘅𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲
It was not bad but just not special as expected. Perhaps I should try the fried rice next time.
