It was so light and fluffy, with a crispy edge and a mild chewiness, the perfect texture! 蛋黃是完美的流心狀態🥰最喜歡他們的酸種麵包，包邊酥脆，包體超級鬆軟卻又帶點咬口，下次一定要再點他們的酸種麵包🍞！肉的份量非常慷慨，荷蘭醬牛油味非常香，很滿足的一道菜，卻有點膩，如果多點蘋果片中和一下會更好👍🏻

8-hour slow cooked grass-fed beef, rocket, tomato 🍅 , cucumber 🥒, avocado 🥑, pickled cabbage 🥬 and turmeric tahini
Hands down the BEST salad I have ever had. The tomato and cucumber slices were super fresh and juicy! The tahini dressing made the salad so much more fun. I also love the extra flavours from the pickled cabbage. Very generous beef portion, with a texture sort of in between braised beef and “pulled beef”, so don’t go in expecting a steak salad. The avocado was a tad under seasoned but it wasn’t noticeable since the tahini had some bold flavours. A very satisfying salad for sure and also very filling!
超滿足的沙律碗！蔬菜新鮮，醬料配搭很不錯，牛肉份量多，超飽肚👍🏻

Ordered their coffee as I have heard it has a more nutty flavour and it did not disappoint! Another plus is that there is no need to pay extra for soy milk/almond milk/oat milk. Who else prefer nutty coffee over fruity coffee?
