Since operating this account, I have been quite lucky and did not really encounter any restaurant or cafe that was particularly bad – but here comes the first one that I feel obliged to give an honest review (´・-・。) The 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐢 was dry and cold when served, and when we enquired if the staff have forgotten to add in sauce for the sandwich, they explained that it was supposed to come with tomato slices but they did not out put them in cause the shop run out of tomato……isnt it a common sense to inform your costumers if you are lacking some of the ingredients to see if they still want to make an order? Really disappointed by the fact that the staff didnt even bother to follow up after we made our complaints ｡>_<｡ Wasnt expecting much on the 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢 but I couldnt even give it a passing mark – clearly not enough sauce and it was simply tasteless. Sincerely hope that this cafe can improve on their atttitude and food quality!

有幸運之神的眷顧自經營food blog後好像都沒有吃過讓我覺得不合格的餐廳或cafe, 但這次真的沒法不給負評(´・-・。) 看起來有烤過但帕尼尼端上桌的時候完全不熱, 整塊面包都很乾｡>_<｡詢問店員是不是忘記了加醬料時, 店員才坦言三文治原本應該有蕃茄但今天蕃茄用光了所以沒有加上……如果某些食品售罄的話餐廳在下單前告知顧客是很基本上的做法吧(￣▽︎￣;) 跟店員投訴後也完全沒有要跟進的意思, 實在令人很失望呢……意粉口感軟腍, 醬汁味道偏淡但份量太少, 下面的意粉完全沾不上醬, 感覺像是在吃水煮意粉(;´ｰ`) 真的有很大的進步空間呢……
