last time tried the diamond tart..........this time order their signature........chocolate蛋糕上的dark sauce稍軟..........rich chocolate flavor..........but Le Salon De Thé de Joël Robuchon which having a similar cake with caramel pear inside is much better........because this mousse inside is a bit same texture wth the outside chocolate layer........so become boring and not as surprise as Le Salon De Thé de Joël Robuchon............cheese cake 餅底脆身..........味道佳............好吃.............cheese層milk味突
