這是大圍區最高分的餐廳，但想不到竟然身處於車房舖中。這樣特別的存在，真的不能錯過，決定和家人試菜。
This restaurant was highly rated in Tai Wai District. I came here with an expectation.
因友人的關係，第一次喝這杯Mojito。看見那麼多薄荷葉，我原以為味道是較清新的。但入口卻是RUM和甜味。我本身也喜歡RUM ，但這個入口實在太甜了。但我也是第一次喝，所以不知道這個味道是否正常。
I ordered Mojito as a pre-drink of the upcoming meal. I was expecting it tasted fresh because of the mint leaves, but I was wrong - it tasted sweet, and a bit too sweet for me. But it was the first time I ever ordered this cocktail, I was not sure whether the sweetness was intended .
這個凱撒沙律是近月吃過最好的。沙律醬的比例很好、分量以兩個人來說很適中，而且煙肉粒灑得很平均，吃下去的感覺很好。
The Caesar Salad was really good. The proportion of the dressing, the size of the dish.... especially the distribution of becon pieces. Everything just felt right in this dish.
前菜是蟹餅。擺盤有點令人摸不着頭腦，但味道足以彌補一切。蟹餅的調味很好，吃起來是溫熱的。
We had crab cake as appetizer. The crab cake was properly seasoned, and was still warm. It was good.
主菜是肉眼扒+燒菠蘿。(忘了拍照不好意思) 家人點菜叫了七成熟已暗叫不妙。到正式上菜時，發現廚師已暗暗調校至五成熟。我對這種貼心的服務感到佩服之餘，這個肉眼扒的處理也是很好。扒本身沒有被醬汁浸死，醬汁也沒有搶去肉眼扒本身肉汁的味道。除了分量不是很夠，真的沒什麼好挑剔的。
The main is Rib eye steak with pineapple. (My apology for forgetting to take photo for this one). The steak was wrongly asked to be done "medium well" before, but the chef had helped us to amend that to "medium". Frankly it was heartfelt act or I shall be suffered. Back to the steak. The steak is perfectly done and still juicy. The only thing could be complained was the portion was quite insufficient.
結論︰所有食物感覺很扎實。一定會再來光顧。
Conclusion: All dishes are good. I shall come again.
