Handmade pizzas and pastas crafted at MANO are fresh, authentic and remind me every bit of Italy. This branch is located next to the promenade and nestled in the Quayside, quiet and not packed- giving us some much needed space and comfort. Everything was simple and so delicious. Everything was simple and so delicious. I’m in love with the san marzano tomato sauce in our Margherita pizza and tagliatelle. Tomato fans should try these. The pizza dough has great texture and was baked to perfection. That smoked short ribs on top of our pasta was amazingly flavourful, extremely tender with meats fall right off the bone. You shouldn’t miss the chicken salt fries because it’s a must order, thick cuts, crispy and the house seasoning is a total addiction.
