No joke: I’ve heard of ramen cubism for more than half a decade, it’s 2024 and finally my turn to try it out. My childhood friend recommended this place many years ago and said it’s remarkable. My colleague tried the signature chicken broth ramen and it looks pretty rich.
I picked the spicy one and opted for “less spicy”, still this bowl is legit, with full-on red spices and it was indeed very spicy even with my lesser version. The red tiny mountain in the middle was like a mixture of spice, miso and mince meat, it’s highly contagious and will spice up all your soup after you spread it out.
The charsiu was good, and the ramen noodles were the thin style. Happened to spot the Coedo beer I learnt during my latest trip to Tokyo, pretty authentic I’d say.
