6th time’s a charm?? 😂😅 Finally managed to try out the famous 海 三碗after so many failed attempts and I can totally say it was worth the wait! — This was definitely the bowl I was most excited to try out and it did not disappoint! The shrimp broth was rich, with a distinctive shrimp flavour. You can definitely tell how flavourful this is just from the colour of the broth! I loved the addition of fried sakura shrimp on top for that extra flavour boost and a nice crunch as well. Noodles were perfectly cooked as well, with a nice al-dente texture.

— Each bowl of noodles comes with a portion of this roast beef. The beef was super delicious and well seasoned. It was also really tender and juicy, and tasted so good on its own or dunked into the soup.

— This was SO good 🥹 The broth was so impressive and I just couldn’t get enough of it. The chicken flavour was strong, and the Jinhua ham flavours went perfectly with the chicken. The broth had a slightly smoky, salty and rich umami profile to it coming mainly from the Jinhua ham. The noodles also soaked up the broth really well, making each bite super flavourful. We were expecting to like the shrimp version much more, but this broth really stole the show!
