Decided to go for some 港式西餐 for lunch today. The beef steak with onion sauce is so delicious. The steak is cooked to medium rare, which makes the texture of the steak just right. Not too hard, not too bloody, just of the right chewiness. The onion sauce complements the meat well. As for the soup and bun that goes with the set, they are literally the best! The bun is warm and buttery; while the vegetable soup is very flavorful with a lot of veggies inside. Milk tea is exceptionally good too- tast
