拖羅,帶子,海膽,三文魚籽
Otoro 係魚腹位置脂肪豐厚嘅肉,食落油脂感更感誇張,極肥美🐟 帶子超厚身,十分鮮甜。海膽入口即化,海膽既鮮甜同三文魚籽融合既口感同味道,好正!!

好有仙氣嘅料理,拎開玻璃罩,徐徐輕煙散去,映入眼簾嘅係煙燻壽司卷物。卷物最外層係拖羅,表面仲鋪左海膽、黑魚子醬、金箔,包著toro蓉同紫蘇葉,好清新
Sea bass saikyoyaki - Miso marinated Chilean sea bass, hardwood smoke
西京燒其主要用白味噌做成醃料,燒好後嘅智利海鱸魚表面金黃,魚肉帶有淡淡白味噌的甘甜味。平時唔鐘意食魚嘅我都食左好多,一片片嘅新鮮魚肉嫩滑而且充滿鮮味🐟
Robata pork belly - 3 skewers, honey-ponzu glaze, yuzu daikon
五花肉嘅肉質超軟腍,入口即化,特別係肥膏部分超級正!! 雖然係極邪惡,配上芥末沙律醬同蘋果醬,好味到忍唔住一口氣食曬成串🙈 配上自家製醋醃大根,可減輕油膩感!!
Black Sesame Crème Brûlée
焦糖燉蛋就食得多,依個黑芝麻燉蛋係我過最好食😳 口感幼滑,黑芝麻味超級濃郁,配上脆卜卜嘅芝麻脆餅,每啖都充滿芝麻香。仲有海鹽焦糖雪糕,為今餐畫上完美嘅句號☺️
