因為o係酒店staycation,晏晝上左去呢間海岸扒房到食晏入到黎餐廳見到開放式嘅grilled kitchen, 聞到陣燒牛肉味幾香係會今人想食嘅呢到唔想散叫嘅話,佢地都會有個set lunch嘅餐牌,有2 course同3 course揀,我地唔太大食,所以2 course已經夠哂,跟住另外叫多個starter, Smoked Beef Brisket & Bone MarrowStarter叫左daily soup, 今次係南瓜湯,個湯都唔錯,好有南瓜味,幾夠綿密順滑Smoked Beef Brisker擺盤幾靚,牛骨髓都幾特別,食起黎唔似肉嘅質感,配合洋蔥果醬嘅酸味中和牛骨髓嘅油膩感,多士口感煙韌,小麥味配牛油,味道配合主菜加68蚊叫左個Charcoal Oven,通常都食穀飼牛,今次呢個澳洲草飼牛比到啲驚喜我,外面燒到脆脆地,原來都可以幾juicy,又夠tender無筋最後甜品係我最愛嘅檸檬撻,最頂唧左燒過嘅cream, 檸檬酸味岩岩好,撻皮鬆脆
