im not comment the food this time.i writing their heart of making bread.this place recommend by fd. he said large place with seats... holy i get in.***boom*** ceazy 3000sq.ft. g/f area.over half area are storage and kitchen.crazy big store. i bet about 300,000 hkd per month of rent. no any cafe or bread resto can withstand this such big area in expensive hk zone.their price list menu.... 59$, 89$, 128$without +1. cheapest than most of cafe.❤️❤️❤️how can it survive?doesn't make any sense.u can see b

u can see boss baking bread....nonstop.
only 3-4 helpers. in total.
his dad serving eater.. cutting orange for free.
food quality is excellent. their coffee is default doubled shot. portion very big. very generous.
i starting guess, their attitude and price is not
a business man mode. they doing that for real heart.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ will come back.
hope it can survive.
**ps , they didnt hire fighter 打手to write post. see very low no. of post amongs all 4 store.
