呢間日本過江龍出名係沾麵，所以對佢嘅期望都幾高，不過最後都有啲小失望。份量無論大中小都係同一價錢，所以我就揀咗大(450g)😽 平時大胃嘅我就覺得啱啱好🍜🌶️辛辣三田特製沾麵 - 大 ($88)麵條係粗麵而且口感彈牙，所以我幾鍾意佢地嘅麵質配有叉燒、荀同溏心蛋，叉燒肥瘦適中👍🏻但係湯底嘅濃度同溫度就好一般湯底質感濃稠，但味道比我想像中淡，如果直接當湯飲應該都唔會太鹹雖然好掛湯但係都要另外再落七味粉而且湯底溫度最多都係常溫，完全唔夠熱，冇咗食沾麵熱辣辣的興奮🥲------------------------------🍜🌶️Spicy Tsukemen ($88)Tried this bowl of Tsukemen (a kind of Japanese ramen) in CWB but turns out a bit disappointing. Tried this bowl of Tsukemen (a kind of Japanese ramen) in CWB but turns out a bit disappointing. Given that Tsukemen Mitaseimenjo is a Tokyo-based chain which specialises in ramen, I was excited and held high expectations towards it.
Tsukemen was served in two separate bowls - one is the hot soup and another is the boiled and chilled noodles. We dipped the noodles into the hot soup before every slurp. The noodles were thick in strands and bouncy, but the soup base was just lukewarm (it is supposed to be piping hot) and not as flavoursome as expected. But on the plus side, the staffs are friendly and the ramen was served in generous portion.
