We do not recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a hotpot meal especially on a frigid night. Upon arriving on an evening where the temperature was a mere 8°C, we were told all tables were fully booked. We understood and sat by the door to wait, repeatedly stating our hope to move inside if an indoor table became available.
Multiple (3 tables) empty indoor tables remained as the frigid night went on. We waited until the last round of intake (8:45pm) and asked politely to move inside given the biting cold and a pregnant woman with us. However, the manager rudely refused. He loudly insisted it was not his problem by saying “第一，唔係我哋餐廳嘅責任，我一開始同你講左你地係坐門口嘅” , and did not want to move our hotpot by saying “第二，你成枱都係嘢唔係要我搬過去呀嘛？”, despite vacant seats having been available for hours.
His hostile attitude ruined our dinner on such a chilly night. Moreover, the over HKD 3,300 price tag for our group of four was not justified by the mediocre food quality. Dishes and broth lacked flavor. Several peers, offer similar pricing, their food, broths and superior hospitality make for a markedly more pleasurable hotpot dining experience though.
This restaurant fails in accommodating customers or even a pregnant woman on a barely 8°C evening. I suggest searching elsewhere rather than risk indifferent staff while seated freezing by the door as tables inside sit empty. One unpleasant experience in the cold was enough for me to cross this option off my list.
如果你在寒冷的夜晚尋找火鍋餐，我不建議這家餐廳。我們的經驗顯示他們對顧客滿意度毫不在意。
當天晚上溫度只有8°C，我們被告知所有的座位都已滿。我們理解了這個情況，於是坐在門口等待，並多次表示希望如果有室內座位空出來的話能夠搬進去。
然而，整個寒冷的夜晚過去了，室內有多個（3張）空著的桌子，但餐廳沒有讓我們搬進去。我們一直等到最後一輪進場（晚上8:45），禮貌地要求搬進去，因為天氣非常寒冷，還有一個孕婦和我們一起。然而，經理非常無禮地拒絕了我們的要求。他大聲地說：“第一，唔係我哋餐廳嘅責任，我一開始同你講左你地係坐門口嘅”，並且不願意搬我們的火鍋，還說“第二，你成枱都係嘢唔係要我搬過去呀嘛？”，儘管有空著的座位已經有好幾個小時了。
他的敵意態度破壞了我們在如此寒冷的夜晚的晚餐。而且，我們四個人總共消費超過了港幣3,300元，但食物的品質只是普通而已。菜品和湯底都缺乏味道。相比之下，其他價格相似的餐廳提供了更好的食物、湯底和服務，讓火鍋用餐體驗更加愉快。
這家餐廳在8°C的寒冷夜晚也不願為孕婦提供室內座位。寫這篇review 是希望讓其他人也考慮餐廳真實的服務態度及食物質素。
