好耐冇食過辣嘢啦,今次嚟咗一間港島嘅四川菜餐廳。餐廳佈置比較中式,放紅枱布,會比你飲茶唔係飲水,睇menu佢d川菜都好似幾正宗,除咗常食既酸菜魚/水煮魚,佢仲有重慶小麵、毛血旺、炒土豆絲呢d好内地既川菜!我哋叫咗幾樣嘢,先係店家推介食嘅酸菜魚,魚肉都幾多,同埋係比較厚嘅魚肉,即使我哋冇食貴啲嗰種桂花魚。除咗魚同酸菜佢仲有啲粉絲係入面。酸菜魚都係有辣度揀嘅,我哋揀咗小辣,就唔係好辣,比較係酸d.另外有個涼拌秋葵,我第一次食,佢係將醋同埋蒜蓉加落淥熟嘅秋葵到,簡單但幾好食,我覺得自己之後都係試下煮xp跟住我哋仲嗌咗個口水雞,雞就唔算多肉,但係好惹味嘅,我哋都係揀咗少辣,但呢個真係幾辣下嘅,所以我哋再食咗個冰粉,就可以降下辣又透心涼!
