想食好耐不過依家買件西餅都好講緣份🧘🏻♀️ 第一日去到夾唔啱時間唔憤氣，第二日再去買過😤 7:40左右去到，8點新鮮出爐🥧食完第一啖覺得真係值得排隊🥺💛 同埋超級抵食！！屋企兩老食完都話正，佢哋估$25件（我心諗終於有一次估得貴過實價，佢哋唔係好知市價，成日問我買翻黎嗰啲bagel係咪20蚊個🙏🏻)。Anyways~ 15蚊就買到一個咁特別咁好食嘅甜品，真係唔encore都唔得👊🏻 法式布丁 $15/1涷食同熱食，個人prefer涷食。雖然包包質地冇咁軟熟，但都超級煙韌！個心涷冰冰，creamy啲，夏天食啱晒😍 焗熱返之後會太過液體feel, 冇咁有口感。開頭以為係好似蛋撻咁，食先發覺係似吉士，好香雲呢拿味🤤 Rating ⭐️: 10/10 (係第一個滿分^^) 肉鬆芋泥貝果 $15/2開頭唔expect有芋泥，冇諗過飽仔細細咁足料😍 貝果質地好紮實，入面好多肉鬆，啱晒我呢個肉鬆控😋Rating⭐️: 8/10 抹茶紅豆貝果 $15/2 呢個嘅質地就比較煙韌同有彈性。Bagel配 Cream Cheese 永無出錯！抹茶味都好濃，同甜甜地嘅紅豆餡好夾，本身我麻麻地紅豆都覺得OK🤍Rati

Kadoorie Bakery is always packed with people during several hours of the day because of its instafamous French pudding 😋. After having one, I could finally say it is worth the hype😆
French pudding $15/1
I would prefer serving it cold rather than reheating it, so that the custard filling is creamier and icier, making it a great dessert for summer. After reheating, it tends to be too liquidy and gives the pudding less texture.

Sesame bagel w/ meat floss & taro paste $15/2
Didn’t expect taro in the filling at first! Definitely tons of goodies packed in such a tiny bagel. Proportion of meat floss is really generous, and suits me as a big fan of meat floss! Should get one if you are in the mood for savoury bagels.

Matcha bagel w/ red beans & cream cheese
Cream cheese and bagel never go wrong! This bagel got a chewier and elastic texture compared with the former. Matcha flavour was quite strong, which goes really well with the sweet red bean paste.
