Lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, the beef has a delicate distribution of fat and tender texture. A quick grill makes it absolutely delicious!

The ribeye portion is generous, grilled to a medium rare perfection, with the edges quickly seared to lock in the juices. Absolutely delightful!

Highly recommended! Perfect marbling, just the right thickness, and bursting with beefy flavor even without additional seasoning!
Their side dishes are outstanding with plenty of choices! I especially love their kimchi and pickled cucumbers, and the lettuce wraps complement the meat beautifully, making you feel guilt-free!
Another highlight of Joy Hing Roast is that they provide complimentary cheese and kimchi flavored grilled eggs next to the BBQ area. By the time you finish grilling the meat, the eggs are perfectly cooked, delicious, and satisfying!
💬 The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, and in Hong Kong's Korean BBQ scene, it's considered one of the most famous and excellent spots. Perfect for dates or gatherings with friends! 💕
