We ordered for two:
- Double Treasure Trio:

- Crispy BB Pigeon (2 pieces):The pigeon had a golden, crispy skin, while the meat was tender and delicious. The skin was crispy without being greasy, and the seasoning was just right, highlighting the savory flavors.

We also ordered Garlic Pea Shoots As winter approaches, we start eating pea shoots. They were bright green, and the garlic aroma was moderate, not overpowering. This dish added a healthy element that balanced out the other richer dishes.

The restaurant was about 90% full in the evening, and many people seemed to enjoy dining here. I noticed they also had snake soup, which is perfect for winter nourishment.
