So far the best pizza takeout joint in town!
They specialise in sourdough pizzas that are made-to-order, and finger-licking good doughnuts.
Pizza crusts are crispy outside, and chewy inside with a slight tang. Also, the shop is generous with their ingredients, making sure you taste all the flavors in every bite!
Their dipping sauce is the highlight though. Just dip your slice of pizza in it and taste goodness.

由跑馬地起家的《Dough Bros》主打即點即做的〔手工酸種披薩〕和〔邪惡爆餡冬甩〕
每次開party，都一定會點他們家的薄餅跟冬甩～～
他們以高水準的味道俘虜了不少人的心，也陸續在不同區域開分店
可是分店都集中在港島範圍，只有兩家在將軍澳及西貢，希望他們會擴張至港島外的地方吧！！
-〔手工酸種披薩〕厚度介乎於厚批與薄批之間
統一大小，每個分成六份；而且很足料，每一份都有滿滿的餡料！
用上sourdough麵糰作批底，批邊帶脆，咬下去帶煙韌嚼勁
提供不少口味款式，當中有不少「食肉獸」愛吃的肉肉披薩；也有素食的選擇
另外，披薩預設附送沾醬 (dip)，如香草蒜蓉醬、黑松露醬、酸辣醬、煙燻燒烤醬，令薄餅味道更上一層樓，是靈魂所在呢！
個人最喜歡〔garlic & herb dip〕和〔truffle dip〕!
-唯一要挑剔的就是每次都是外帶回家吃，不能吃到新鮮熱辣的滋味！

〔意大利辣肉腸薄餅〕鋪上滿滿的辣肉腸跟煙燻意大利香腸，超滿足

The BBQ Chicken ($148)
- BBQ sauce base, mozzarella, chicken, red onion, coriander
這裡的薄餅大多都用上蕃茄醬打底，而這個〔香烤雞薄餅〕則是以燒烤醬作底，配上雞肉好搭～
這次嚐了這兩款口味，但個人也很喜歡他們的〔Truffle〕跟〔Maui Wowie〕～

即點即製的〔炸冬甩〕也是這裡的邪惡必吃之選
吃一個已經很飽膩，所以建議兩人分享喔
把它分開成兩份時，更可以欣賞爆餡的畫面！
冬甩可選配肉桂糖／砂糖／無糖，喜歡肉桂味道的我當然是推薦裹上肉桂糖的冬甩，味道也太香～
