由白松露打成嘅醬汁配比較細扁既麵條而成既意粉非常精緻✨ 加上面頭鋪滿黑松露片 香氣十足🫶🏻 唯一係整體偏油😕 扣咗少少分🥲
With shallot and white truffle paste, tagliolini truffle was exquisite😍 while it’s slightly oily🥹, meanwhile, the fresh shaved black truffle on top just enriched the whole dish😚, not bad at all😌

意大利雲吞加咗墨魚汁令雲吞皮呈黑色🦑 餡料用上煙燻三文魚同日本蛋黃幾新穎😛 仲可以有啲戳開個蛋黃添🥚 檸檬牛油百里香醬本身係超級酸🍋 但加埋蛋黃撈勻食就好有層次感🫧 微酸、牛油香同埋三文魚子既鹹香都可以係口腔入面感受到💫 值得一試🥰
Squid ink infused ravioli served with Japanese egg yolk and smoked salmon was quite interesting🤣 Surprised by the egg yolk inside so that you could poke it😆 The yolk mixed with sour lemon thyme butter to give a sour, creamy and buttery taste🧈 There’s a hint of saltiness from the salmon caviar too🐟! Worth a try😋

呢碟牛肝菌蘑菇寬條麵一算係數一數二食過最好食既意粉之一🔥 醬汁非常creamy而且好香菇味🍄 寬條麵有啲厚度 食落更煙韌同有咬口🥳 而且每條麵都非常掛汁 將蘑菇既香味吸收哂😻 每樣既都好完美冇唔試既理由💥
Mixed mushrooms cooked with porcini and thyme was the best mushroom pasta I’ve ever tasted🤩 The cream sauce was soooooo rich and aromatic🤤 Al dente fettuccine just clung nicely to the sauce and everything was perfect!🤎

熱情果加上檸檬、羅勒同梳打絕對係我杯茶🍸 飲落酸味非常突出😍 而且有香料既清新感 值得一試💫
Passion fruit paired with lemon🍋, basil🌿 and soda🥤was prefect for my liking!!!🤤 It’s sour, fresh and with a hint of mintiness from the basil✨ Highly recommend it🥰

Raspberry mixed with peach, lemon and soda was a nice choice for non-alcoholic🤩 It’s fruity and slightly sweet, and had a cute presentation too🍹

提拉米蘇係每次黎pici必點之一💫 今次食落咖啡味明顯重咗好多 香味十足🤤 對比起之前蛋味較濃比較有特色外🥚 個人認為新個個版本更加friendly!!🥳 整體既感覺比較輕盈冇咁膩🤞🏻 不過我兩個都鐘意keke❤️🔥
It’s my all-time favorite in pici✨Tiramisu had a more affluent and more robust coffee flavor than the previous one☕ It’s not as eggy as before but we preferred this edited vision🥰

第一次試呢款意式奶凍🍮 面頭既覆盆子果醬單食超級酸(但好正🤣) 不過當佢配埋煮過既忌廉令成個味道好平衡🤩 因為忌廉雪凍咗都偏甜 一酸一甜就令果香更為突出😎 整體口感順滑 都算唔錯💜
Raspberry coulis was super sour🫣 while it was paired with the creamy sweetened cream🥛, the whole flavor was well balanced😋 It’s fruity, smooth, and not sweet yet😍, nice 🥳

第一次試呢款傳統意大利cocktail🇮🇹 主要係食完好多carbonhydrate之後for消化用😌 飲落好烈同埋喉嚨會熱熱地🔥 一定要細細啖細細啖咁飲!😶 不過係強烈既酒精洗禮下真係消化得快咗 成個人都輕盈咗😼
It’s strong and not friendly while it’s nice for digestion as I felt lighter after drinking a small bite😆 Quite good for having chance to try this traditional Italian cocktail🍸
