Extremely poor service. While we have visited the restaurant a few times, this particular visit left us fuming. We came in on a Saturday evening at 730 ish. While the restaurant was busy, we patiently waited for our food and kept seeing customers that came after us getting their food. We followed up with the waiting staff and they kept telling us food will be ready but it never came. We cut our losses after 45 mins and decided to leave. The manager came out and told us he can’t explain the long wait. We told him clearly that it was ok to forget the order, but at least be honest about the wait and left.We will never visit this restaurant again and advise anyone to refrain if they expect to get any form of service from the restaurant. One should only Ask for Alonzo if they want disappointment 繼續閱讀

以前餐廳喺海光街,鋪位細細,唔係坐到好多人。宜家搬咗嚟太古坊大好多,開揚好多。宜家PCCW Tower附近開咗好多餐廳,人流好旺。食完飯去附近買杯咖啡都好多選擇。Roasted Suckling Pig Panini ($138)星期六、日晏晝餐廳有做weekend brunch。不過我同朋友都覺得份量太多,決定散叫。偏食嘅我,落單嘅時候講定唔要烤辣椒🫢三文治有豬肉片、蕃茄、沙律菜。麵包外面烘到脆脆,好好味。除咗三文治,仲可以揀兩款配菜。配菜有好多選擇,有薯條、沙律菜、烤新薯、炒菇、烤蘆筍。我就揀咗沙律菜 同 烤新薯,沙律菜已經有黑醋調味,新薯上面撒咗啲芝士碎,食完好滿足😋Spaghetti Alle Vongole ($168)朋友揀咗一個辣意粉,味道唔會太咸,辣度都岩岩好。蜆嘅份量多,食到意粉有少少酒香,意粉保持有咬口,唔錯。哩度嘅氣氛好岩假日嚟,幾舒服。有時撞岩太古坊有市集的話,可以過嚟行下。不過餐廳人手較少,成個鋪面,只有兩個職員,帶位、落單、收錢、上菜、執枱都係佢哋,職員唔一定可以即時回應客人,大家要有啲耐性🙈。 繼續閱讀

唔使去天后蓮花宮嗰間都有得食🤭喺太古坊終於有多一間lunch 選擇,唔使走去太古城中心嗰邊Under $200 per head,性價比都算唔錯可惜暫時未有得網上/電話訂位要12pm早啲出門口攞位室內比較嘈吵,室外舒服啲Cold cuts & cheese 🧀以頭盤來講好豐富👍🏻Carbonara 一般,採用嘅意大利粉同一般唔同Americano 👌🏻上菜速度👍🏻👍🏻服務OK la… 服務生冇乜笑容同表情 繼續閱讀

Wanted to make a reservation initially for 12:30pm online, however lunch hour slot was not available hence I called to ask for more detailed information.The guy who picked up the phone was nice and helpful, he mentioned lunch time usually is better to walk in, I asked if booking at table at 12pm but arriving 10 to 15 min late would be ok as the distance from the office to the restaurant takes some time, he replied, it should be fine. (If he didn't say Ok, I would have booked another restaurant).The guy helped to reserve a table at 12 very quick over the phone so all good.The day going to the restaurant as expected we arrived late, luckily the place still had more than 10 tables empty, the lady who attended us wasnt really friendly, we said we had a booking for 12pm, she said oh we only hold the table for 5 min (5 min? seriously? usually restaurants will hold the table for 10 min, I think this should be improved), and we have to return the table after 1 hour, we agreeed and she asked us if we wanted indoors or outdoors.Service was overall ok from ordering the menu until then we finish lunch, they didnt push to give back the table as it took some time to get the starter and the main (they were short-staffed).Food wise..it wasn't impressive, it was pretty normal. We had the most incredible dining experience at Ask for Alonzo’s Taikoo Place branch   ! 🍽✨ The flavors, the ambiance, and the impeccable service made it an evening to remember. Here’s a glimpse into our delightful feast:🍖 The cold cuts and cheese platter was a heavenly start. Each slice was bursting with flavor and paired perfectly with the assortment of cheeses. It was a true celebration of Italian culinary craftsmanship! 🧀🍇🐚 The sautéed clams were a seafood lover’s dream. The freshness of the clams combined with the aromatic herbs created a divine symphony of flavors. It was a true taste of the Mediterranean! 🌊🌿🍤🌱 The prawn and asparagus risotto was a showstopper. The creamy risotto was cooked to perfection, and each bite was a delightful combination of succulent prawns and tender asparagus.
