去觀塘試一間高人氣嘅台灣餐廳,位於工廈內,環境闊落及舒適。霸道總裁牛肉麵叫了個晚餐,主菜牛肉同埋牛展都味道好及份量足,仲有榨菜同埋糖心蛋,湯也香濃,米粉幼細彈口。餐包一款小食、湯及飲品,我叫了高麗菜及凍飲。炸全雞(芥末味)炸全雞大大隻及即炸,熱辣辣及勁大隻。肉滑及多汁,大滿足!點埋個芥末醬更惹味。超大份食吾晒唯有打包,結果第二天當埋lunch 也夠食,翻熱後味道仍不錯。下次要再試去試埋其他餐及食物。

之前喺觀塘工業中心食lunch都已經見過呢間台灣餐廳,上網search見到d 炸雞幾吸引,一直心思思想食下。呢日終於約到同事放工一齊去試下呢間啦~入到去見到d 佈置都幾台灣文青feel,侍應仲似乎係台灣人,真係突然有種置身喺台灣嘅感覺霸道總裁牛肉麵碗牛肉麵配左酸菜同溏心蛋。個湯感覺好真材實料,而且有好多塊牛肉,d牛肉切到非常薄身,容易入口麵方面我地揀左陽春麵,軟硬度啱啱好,好彈牙,而且份量亦好足滷味拼盤呢個拼盤非常抵食,而且咁多樣野(雞翼、蘿蔔、牛筋、豬耳)啱曬選擇困難嘅人。個滷味汁正宗得黎又唔覺太鹹或者重味精。我最中意個蘿蔔滷得超冧,而且一d 渣都無夜市花枝丸我地揀左芥末椒鹽,d 芥末椒鹽粉末落得啱啱好,唔會太多搞到太鹹。花枝丸炸得唔錯,皮完全唔會太厚波霸鮮奶茶呢杯我同事叫嘅,叫左少冰少糖。佢話終於都飲到令佢滿意又唔會太甜嘅奶茶,好開心古道百香綠我呢杯係少冰但無叫少糖,我好中意百香果嘅甜,同綠茶一齊好清新手撕巨大炸半雞(配芥末椒鹽)壓軸登場嘅炸雞終於出場!雖然我地兩個女仔只係叫左半隻雞,但都多到我地差d 食唔曬但係佢真係好好味皮脆得黎又唔似平時d 炸雞咁熱氣,而且熱辣辣攞出黎即刻撕開食真係超爽。我地都係揀左芥末椒鹽,個調味粉分開上。隻雞點左芥末椒鹽真係超級超級夾,而且完全唔覺得太鹹。隻雞我地食極都唔肯停手

間中就想吃台灣菜, 路過觀塘google下就見到呢間放工時間逐漸人多, 木系裝修, 地方夠寬敞起檯上有QR Code自助落單, 食物都快送上雖然都睇埋Openrice, 食評好壞差半, 自己唔試過唔知的~食台灣菜點可以唔飲返杯手搖, 飲品大部份係可以自訂甜度, 溫度, 同樣可以加食材 (珍珠, 蘆薈, 仙草等等)我點的桂花釀烏龍+仙草+去冰, 雖然呢杯無得揀甜度, 但我幾鐘意, 桂花味都重, 加埋仙草唔會太甜朋友果杯生活泡沫綠茶+愛玉, 走甜, 是沒特別的正常野食物就點了”三牛”麵, 即係犇三寶牛肉麵 $88 (轉咗新竹米粉) 湯底好濃郁, 飲落有微微的藥膳味道, 我是非常ok的, 不過男友就覺得濃咗d三犇是甚麼? 有筋, 有𦟌和牛肚, 仲有一隻流心蛋, 非常豐富牛全都是滷過的, 好入味新竹米粉很爽口, 是台灣的味道, 正!滷味拼盤 $48入面都有好幾款食物, 份量都唔少: 雞翼, 豬耳, 牛筋和白蘿蔔全部都好入味同好淋, 白蘿蔔清甜添手擲巨大炸半雞 $118, 自選咗芥末椒鹽 (+$2)附送手套比人客即場撕開, 真係即炸, 撕開時超熱, 同埋皮很脆, 聽到有卡卡聲肉嫩皮脆juicy, 一邊撕, D雞油邊漏出嚟本身雞身無帶調味, 蘸埋芥末椒鹽, 好似去咗台灣夜市咁有風味雖然係炸雞, 但佢嘅肉係鮮嫩的, 一點都不鞋口和柴皮朋友和我都覺得呢間可以再嚟幫襯

今日去左觀塘的台式餐廳,餐廳真是超級就腳,地鐵站一出就已經到。服務員姐姐👧🏻是台灣人,好有台式地道風味。 我們叫了手撕巨無霸炸全雞和霸道總裁牛肉麵餐加了麻辣鴨血和滷香豬耳手撕巨無霸炸全雞炸全雞有金黃色嘅炸全雞皮,今晚呢隻雞炸嘅程度剛剛好,肉質唔會太老,好粉嫩Juicy。平時啲雞煮得熟得滯,通常都會好韌,今次就完全冇。烹調時間啱啱好是,應該廚師嘅功價拿捏得好。姐姐話炸全雞要晏晝1430後先有,星期六日同公眾假期都可以食。霸道總裁牛肉麵(米粉)牛肉濃郁,牛肉燉煮軟爛,要咗米粉。佢個名叫霸道總裁我都唔係好明點解😌。可能係因為嗰啲牛肉味濃郁啦。仲點咗麻辣鴨血和滷香豬耳滷香豬耳的口感脆爽,滷汁入味🤤。Today, I went to 港仔內 in Kwun Tong. It's super convenient; as soon as you exit the MTR station, you're already there. The waitress is Taiwanese, which adds a lovely local flair.We ordered the Hand-Pulled Giant Fried Chicken and the Overbearing CEO Beef Noodle set, along with Spicy Duck Blood and Braised Pork Ears.Hand-Pulled Giant Fried ChickenThe fried chicken has a golden crispy skin, and tonight, it was cooked perfectly. The meat wasn’t tough at all; it was tender and juicy. Usually, fried chicken can be overcooked and become tough, but this one was just right. The cooking time was spot on; the chef clearly has great skills.Overbearing CEO Beef Noodles (Rice Noodles)The beef is rich in flavor, and it’s braised until tender. I opted for rice noodles. I’m not really sure why it’s called "Overbearing CEO," but maybe it’s because the beef flavor is so intense. 😌We also ordered Spicy Duck Blood and Braised Pork Ears. The braised pork ears have a crunchy texture and are well-seasoned with the braising sauce. 🤤
