前兩天中午經過船街，看到熟悉的面孔（只係我識佢哋）-陳展鵬伉儷-揸車到此歺廳光顧，我本來從未想過去呢度吃，但見到佢兩公婆似乎「專登」到訪，我今午1️⃣行2人去試吓，果然有驚喜，味道好、賣相也不俗，只係價錢略貴和分量少咗啲，尤其龍蝦湯、濃淡適中，只是太細腕，個main course蟹肉麻婆豆腐飯好特別、少辣、炸豆腐粒奇滑，值得推介，反而另一主菜溫泉蛋肉碎闊條麵略，失色、本人口味覺得濃咗少許和麵質靭咗啲，但尚可接受，個甜品「鬼佬版楊枝甘露」好美味，不似粵式的太甜！侍應態度好好、我哋兩個share食物，她們主動給我換鍱及加腕筷、不斷加暖水水，這個時勢實難得我應該下次會試吓晚飯！

跟同事們午餐、試一試新店。有驚喜、食物有新意、好食和服務好！前菜Truffle Sesame Doughnut 好特別、香和脆, Pomelo Salad 好清新，Pork Belly 串燒、肉好軟和香、Grilled Squid味道好、煑的時間剛剛好👍主菜我們試咗Pepper Tiger Prawns 和Suckling Pig, 蝦的味道好香、胡椒味道剛剛好、Suckling Pig 的皮好脆。最後還有一個驚喜的甜品、Ginger Rice Dumpling Bomb,在其他地方未試過,必食！用薄薄的皮包着一D薑糖水和mochi。

餐廳職員態度有善及有提供不錯的選擇。suckling pig 外脆內軟，多汁。Crispy miso pomelo salad very refreshing Grill squid with spicy sauce 好惹味Ginger rice dumpling bomb 口感好，一試難忘，看得出師傅用心制作。Truffle sesame doughnut 加上melt cheese , 好香濃和囗感煙韌。

I recently had the chance to try out WAKARAN, and it was an overall pleasant dining experience!We started with the Salted Egg Yolk Crispy Chicken Skin. The chicken skin had a nice crunch to it, and the seasoned of salted egg yolk sauce provided a rich flavour.
