I went there for my boyfriend birthday celebration, I have reserved a table online which is 638x2 and another 30% off due to online reservations.
We went there for 10 minutes, We have ordered the glass of red wine and a glass of apple juice,And have 2 small prawns and half small piece of lobster which can find in your buffet area, the red wine and the apple juice not even having half of it,Then I realise that my boyfriend not really happy with the buffet as the taste not good there don’t have much options, And for the seafood area only have 2 to 3 pieces per choices for people to pick, They will replace it whenever after people take one piece. And not much option for the food either, Not the same picture is not the same options with what you have in the photos and people comment about. I don’t wanna upset my boyfriend birthday, and we went out to try to see what food we want to have,And ended up we don’t have anything else, So we decided to Go to other restaurant so I have asked the staff to help, and she ended up asking us to pay for the wine and Apple juice ( which is fair) but also ask for 2x hkd198 as we ate half piece of lobster and a prawns, I feel sorry that We’ve decided not to stay in your restaurant the food not good or not what we want, but not impressed that they actually asking us to pay for 550 to started with for being there for 10 mins and that’s all. We had a long waiting for another 15 mins and finally got an “offer for “400” ,very disappointed. 400 for walk in for less than 10 mins with half glass of wine and 2 zip of apple juice, and half small frozen lobster and 2 small prawns which not taste good and ended up didn’t finish it. And waited for 15 mins for such an “special offer”.
Others restaurant no matter is a high class one or low class one will never make this offer. Good selection is really bad aswell. Whatever Shown in the website is not happing inside the restaurant.
