看到餐牌大差不多全部海產,又有很多生食選擇,我問侍應是西日混合菜肴嗎?不是的。據說大廚是美國人經常週遊列國以取設計菜式靈感。這是星期天晚餐,餐廳大約四分一滿。坐下有驚喜:侍應為我,們訂坐時標注是紀念日而贈送兩杯汽酒及一大碗炸魚皮。我們二人點了兩杯白酒、四款前菜、一款主菜、一款配菜、一款甜品。結賬一千八。食品質素及價錢可以,但回頭指數偏低。蟶子在餐牌上列作生食”raw" ,但實際是熟的。帶子雞蛋仔幾得意但實際美味指數一般而且帶子打成蓉藏在雞蛋仔內,可見到形狀以是迷你元貝,說不上帶子。主菜cobia 軍曹魚比較少食, 烹调似地中海菜,放脆filo 酥皮上佐以酸奶果仁香草碎,可以但不突出。其他食物如蜆,焗蠔,炒白菜及甜品熱情果冰糕一般不留印象。服務員態度可喜。

Have bookmarked this place for awhile, originally made a dinner reservation, changed to lunch after the restriction.. Ordered one lunch set and some other dishes from a la carte menu to share with my fd.. Lunch set : Hamachi ceviche Fried snapper burger with tartar sauce Garlic fries A lacarte menu - tuna tartare - clams - lobster Bao The lobster Bao was super tiny but it was really good.. Love the clams too, probably was the best from this meal.. quite disappointed with the snapper burger tho,

The lobster Bao was super tiny but it was really good..
Love the clams too, probably was the best from this meal..
quite disappointed with the snapper burger tho, the texture of the snapper was kinda mushy, I think this is not the kind of fish for a deep fried filet burger.. and I wish there were more tartar sauce, the whole sandwich was lack of flavour, the brioche bun was good tho..

Overall, nothing was surprisingly amazing, but up to standard..
They are doing happy hour for drinks and $22 oyster whole day till 6pm for now.. a great place to chill with fds and grab some drinks..

Most instagrammable dish were the lobster baos ($118) which could do with more lobster, but the most memorable was that HUMONGOUS caesar salad ($148). It's a whole head of cabbage drizzled with dressing, crazy. The complimentary crispy fish skin would make give some hotpot shops a run for their money. Clams ($198) were good but their sauce was better, almost drunk the dish hahhaa From the raw bar, we got the hamachi ($188) and the star snapper ($198).

The mains are definitely the highlights here, and the SAUCES, make sure you lick your plates clean. Starting from the King Prawn ($258), the avocado, coconut, citrus and herbs sauce was bombbbb but too bad there’s only one prawn (gigantic though). The Swordfish Schnitzel ($448) was also a winner, especially that caviar beurre blanc sauce, I legit swiped the plate clean. Do keep in mind that swordfish is tougher in general so it’s not the type of fish dish where the meat just melts.

If you want something soft and more tender, then the impressive Coral Trout ($888) dish is the one for you. Cooked in fennel, lemon and parsley butter, it comes on a massive plate to carry all the chunks of fish (and the fish head and tail too, kinda Chinese-restaurant-like!). We also got the Cobia ($378) with vegetable tabbouleh and smoked yoghurt on a crisp, the best Fingerling Potato ($88) I’ve had, and another side of Corn Gratin ($88).

This is my first time visiting here . I visited in Nov when the time we could still having dinner outside.Overall the dishes here are very special and delicious. Compare to Chinese one , it is a bit spicy and very crispy. Since I love spicy , this bowl of fried fish skin made me nonstop having it .

The star snapper is raw like sashimi and comes with special sauce and nuts . Honestly I could not tell what ingredients the sauce is but it does match the star snapper very well . I could tell that this is the best mixture to taste with this kind of fish .

It is like fresh Salmon with a bit fruity and a bit chilli sauce in thai style . Personally I don’t feel much spicy but more on fruity .
The sauce definitely makes overall taste even fresher.

Initially I didn’t have much expectation. In contrast, this surprised me because the sauce is super delicious . This should give credit to the sauce, just a bit ‘chilli’, but stronger garlic and onion taste . Overall the mixture is just perfect with calms.


Lobster Bao, Maine lobster, Soy Brown Butter, Preserved Lemon

This is one of signature dishes. If you want to have something special and delicious , you must try this .
I have ever tried sth like this before so it is very special to me. The bread is a little bit sweet, serving with well cooked lobster and scallops and some sauce. This is freshly made and served so the bao is hot ! Overall it is amazing and fresh ! I will definitely order again next time .

The tuna is well cook in the skin , but it is still like raw in the middle . The tuna is very fresh . However , personally I prefer toro tuna more than tuna steak .

I love this side . Compare to others I ate in other places , this one is having more stronger taste in seasonings . That’s why I will definitely order again next time .

Very full this time . I will definitely be back next time and try out more dishes !

Enjoyed the food at this new restaurant very much. The location is easy breezy to find (beside the mid level escalator) with high airy ceiling. With super friendly servers and great sea inspired ambiance, my friends and I stayed until they closed their doors for the night. My recommendations as below: Lobster bisque- to DIE for!!!! Easily the best I have came across in HK. The texture is light but super delicious with generous amount of seafood in the serving. I literally licked the bowl empty 😝

US Prime Ribeye - we ordered ours in medium rare : my photo really did not do it justice. I was eating a bigger portion of what I normally can take because it was juicy and so tender. 💋!

Passion Fruit Semifreddo - cameras came out flying and jostling to take a photo of this beautiful dessert. Unfortunately we are sharing and I was too shy to say “I am NOT sharing this LOL”… I will come back for my own !

We had others great dishes like corn gratin and clams as well - did not managed to take those photos. But I WILL BE BACK!!!!
