The star is undoubtedly the Australian Wagyu Tenderloin (+$85). This premium cut lived up to expectations – exceptionally tender and flavourful, perfectly complemented by the rich, luxurious foie gras brandy sauce. The roasted potatoes and broccolini provided simple, effective support. The Berkshire Pork 'Pluma' (+$45) was a worthy alternative, offering a juicy, flavourful cut from the shoulder, well-paired with the earthy, mushroom-forward sauce chasseur and smooth mash.
Appetizer choices like the French Charolais Steak Tartare and Mussels Classiques (+$30) add classic French bistro appeal. The mussels, cooked in a fragrant white wine, butter, and herb broth, were a highlight starter.
Don't overlook the creative cocktails. The Japanese Mule (gin, Kyoho grape liqueur, peach syrup, breakfast tea) was a fascinating, floral twist on the classic, while the Green Apple Mojito offered a crisp, refreshing counterpoint.
Verdict: Odelice! delivers satisfying, well-executed French fare with excellent premium meat options (especially the Wagyu) and interesting cocktails. While the base price is fair for the location (The ONE mall), the worthwhile upgrades push it towards the higher end of casual. Ideal for a reliable, slightly indulgent dinner with good ambiance.
Location: Shop L407, 4/F, The ONE, 100 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
