另一名物 焦糖牛油粟米🌽 一上抬就聞到陣陣的香濃牛油味☺️ 以焦糖做成一層脆面! 就是略嫌有點過甜 不太嚐到粟米本身的味道~ 但作為一個小食 真的很吸引!

經過幾個朋友極力嘅推介 再加上本身對Black Sheep集團都好有信心一路以黎都好像試下Fukuro無奈的是 佢地不設訂檯 只接受walkin終於搵到個時間充足嘅星期六過黎留名然後等大約45分鐘便有位啦店員們都好熱情並且好合拍店員建議我地可以由每個section揀一款食物最後我地決定咗Starter叫一個Kingfish係佢地其中一款刺身 口感較平時嘅刺身來得硬身 爽口配上佢地特別調出嘅醬汁 整體感覺令人覺得好清新 好開胃然後我地叫咗個脆口小食 係炸雞翼呢款炸雞翼有別於一般的炸雞翼完全係廚師好有心思地去設計嘅菜式外型望落完全係一隻雞翼 但係入面就去咗骨加咗啲雞肉係入面食落認真係啖啖肉 好暢快然後主菜叫咗個烤魚肉質非常鮮甜 而且有好足夠水份調味上面調得剛剛好唔會搶咗魚嘅鮮味最後就黎到期望已久亦都好值得一試嘅和牛牛扒屬三分熟 令到和牛味散發出黎未食都已經聞到好香肉質非常新鮮 絕對係不能錯過嘅主菜

整體感覺令人覺得好清新 好開胃

然後我地叫咗個脆口小食 係炸雞
呢款炸雞翼有別於一般的炸雞
完全係廚師好有心思地去設計嘅菜式
外型望落完全係一隻雞翼 但係入面就去咗骨
加咗啲雞肉係入面
食落認真係啖啖肉 好暢快

然後主菜叫咗個烤魚
肉質非常鮮甜 而且有好足夠水份
調味上面調得剛剛好
唔會搶咗魚嘅鮮味

最後就黎到期望已久亦都好值得一試嘅和牛
牛扒屬三分熟 令到和牛味散發出黎
未食都已經聞到好香
肉質非常新鮮 絕對係不能錯過嘅主菜

來了多次,見此餐廳上了軌道,生日蒸蒸日上,不愁生意了,等位亦要等不短時間,亦理解餐廳希望提升 turnover rate 的舉動。anyway , 某幾多招牌菜的確出色。客觀而言:還是值得讚。

慕名嚟到Fukuro試佢地個吉列和牛三文治🤩 呢間人氣居酒屋好鬼霸氣,唔比book位,一係就6點一開門walk in唔洗等,一係就係出面慢慢等位(當日星期六到6:30已經要等呢)睇落真係幾吸引,但可能我太fantasize左佢,有少少失望呢😶 牛肉質地係幾正,除左有少少筋之外,油脂分佈得唔錯,咬落係十分之嫩滑嘅,麵包亦烘得啱啱好,但係!個燒汁實在太太太重味啦,淨係食到個汁嘅味,和牛應有嘅肉味完全被蓋過,破壞左成件事😭 所幸其他食物都好出色。最最最鐘意係呢個蠔!原來加左柚子醋係令到隻肥仔生蠔嘅鮮味發揮到200%,酸酸甜甜襯返個海水味,真係除左好好味我都無咩好補充啦🤤另一心頭好係呢個Drunken Clams,清酒煮蜆就食得多,清酒醉蜆真係第一次,酒味都幾重,但最緊要係同啲蜆嘅味夾到Yaki Udon又係幾有驚喜,面頭勁多長腳蟹肉,多到最後食哂啲麵都仲有剩,足料程度無容置疑;另外烏冬麵條彈牙有咬口,配埋creamy嘅蟹味噌,深得我歡心呢Beef Tartare亦唔錯,大粒到近乎係角切嘅牛內混入蘋果等清爽食材,伴代替傳統麵包嘅娃娃菜,中和返個油膩感Sweet Corn個人就覺得還好,食兩啖已

適逢朋友生日,終於有機會試到Fukuro馳名嘅炸和牛三文治爬文睇到呢度唔接受預約,所以一放工就出發去餐廳。Fukuro門口有d唔起眼,見到間牌之後我地唔小心上左旁邊嘅樓梯,但其實係門牌轉右入去嗰個位。門口有職員會問你幾多位同名,事關我地7點半就到,好快就安排入座2個人一人一杯酒,再點左6樣食物1. 5. 最令人期待嘅炸和牛三文治! 2個人點了一份,分量剛剛好
咬落去件和牛好鬆軟,面包內塗左一層好簿嘅日式炸豬排醬,超級好味!下次泥一定會再encore

6. Monaka餅夾雪糕三文治: menu上無寫雪糕係咩味,泥到嘅時候見到係啡色,上面有一層莓醬。雪糕味道不錯但食唔出係咩味。一問店員之下,原來係紫菜味!

整體來講,用餐經驗十分好,食物一流,店員會詳細介紹有咩special 間中又會問你覺得食物如何,好attentive 店員會留意我地進食嘅速度,喺我地食完小食之後先上份和牛三文治
餐廳氣氛好熱鬧。每一枱泥用餐嘅客人泥到,店員都會大叫一聲FUKURO! 一定會再返泥食炸和牛三文治

This Japanese restaurant has been on my to-eat-list for a long while and Black Sheep Group has launched a dining fest called Black Series by offering set menus with attractive and affordable price. And I got the priority code to reserve the table ahead, soon after a day or two of the launched date, Fukuro was fully booked.

Once we stepped into the restaurant, the receptionist said “Welcome to Fukuro.”, then the rest of the staffs yelled “FUKURO!”. As customers kept coming in, you can hear that from time to time. And it was kinds of addictive, it made me want to yell “FUKURO!” as well lol.

The dinner started with Drunken Clams, the dish name reminded me of the Chinese hua diao dishes. Since this is a Japanese restaurant, of course their signature alcohol would be sake. The clams were braised with sake and plum, next sprinkled with shichimi (Japanese mixed spices). It was okay, however I was that enjoyed about the strong sake flavourful, felt like it has overshadowed the clams.

The following dish was my favourite and signature dish here, Crispy Caramel Butter Corn. You can smell a hint of sweet and buttery sense from far and believe me it was love in first bite. The corns was slightly crunchy on the surface, it had a light sweet caramel flavour and strong buttery taste. Think a bit more, this combination should be coming from popcorn, just replace the popcorn to fresh corns and paired with caramel and butter, the result was YUMMY.

Up next was the Spicy Chicken Karaage, I thought it would be more like the Japanese fried chicken, yet somehow it looked quite similar to Chinese sweet and sour chicken. The bright orange spicy sauce was made with curry vinaigrette, it was spicy and addictive. Though it would be better if the surface can be crispier.

Since I can’t eat the Yaki Udon (Crab meat and pate udon), I have tried a special item that was off the set or a la carte menu, Salmon Kamameshi. Once you removed the wooden cover, you were able to see the orange salmon caviar and pulled salmon. It just smelled delicious, then slightly stirred and mixed the salmon caviar, salmon and the rice together before eat.The rice was cooked with broth, thus it was flavourful and tasted even better with the salmon caviar and salmon. A pot of kamameshi can serve up to 4 people and we were full with satisfaction, it was delightful.

Compare to most places in Hong Kong, the Wagyu Sandwich here was quite worth the price. Sightly thick of deep fried wagyu beef filled between the toasted bread, it was unexpectedly juicy and tender. Yet it would taste better if the beefy taste were stronger, overall it was a good value to satisfy your craving of wagyu sandwich.

What would be better to end this Japanese dinner with their traditional and authentic wagashi dessert, Monaka icecream sandwich. It might looked simple, nonetheless you might be surprised by its flavours, it was seaweed icecream with berry sauce. The staff has removed the seaweed icecream from the plastic mold, then placed it on the biscuit. Next added the red berry sauce on top of the icecream and covered with another biscuit, TA-DA it was ready to go! The seaweed flavour of icecream wasn’t as weird as you think, it was more similar to a tea flavour of icecream. And that berry sauce can bring a sweet and sour tastes to the dessert, I quite enjoyed it.

這粟米看似平凡,但味道實在出眾,必點!粟米有著香脆糖衣,又帶一點醬油風味,丁點的鹹味令焦糖糖衣和粟米的自身甜味更為突出!一咬下去,又香脆又爆汁,原來粟米可以咁好吃!正呀!

本來想給這餐廳五個笑面,就是這道菜就只能給四個笑面。這三文魚三文魚籽釜飯實在太普通了,相對剛才的菜式真的比下去,而且性價比唔高。這個釜飯份量比較小巧,就只有三文魚碎肉和三文魚籽蓋在飯面上。三文魚碎肉已經是全熟,有一點三文魚獨有的魚味,肉質唔係咁嫩滑,而且味道比較淡。幸好加上咸香的三文魚籽點綴,再拌以軟身的白米飯,味道ok, 唔會難食,但只屬一般而已,下次還是應該點海膽意粉好一點。



整體而言是味道還是不錯,而且位處中環,性價比還可以,但我會encore 和牛三文治。

第一次試到好正宗既日本fusion菜 今次一人4行 大概7點半到達 出面已經有好多人在等位 很幸運只需要等大概半小時 就可以入去 試左第一道菜 就係必食既燒栗米 超好食好甜 另外仲有必食蟹肉烏冬 好creamy 呀 最後推介就係甜品 入面係雪糕 一定要食呀!

I visited twice before and everytime i really enjoyed all the dishes, drinks and mood👍The foods were so nice especially i like the Sukiyaki and corn.Service was so fast and energetic.Soooo nice Izakaya that i had never seen before 😋 I recommend if you wanna find a modern Japanese restaurant 👍👍👍

Overall a very bad dining experience because of the appalling service.The restaurant was almost empty when I arrived, but I still had to wait for a table as the restaurant had a “strict” policy of seating people when all members of a party have arrived. I could understand they want as many businesses as possible so people are not sitting there to wait for others to arrive before ordering, but it’s a bit overdone when the place is half empty. Overall a very bad dining experience because of the appalling service.

The restaurant was almost empty when I arrived, but I still had to wait for a table as the restaurant had a “strict” policy of seating people when all members of a party have arrived. I could understand they want as many businesses as possible so people are not sitting there to wait for others to arrive before ordering, but it’s a bit overdone when the place is half empty. Anyway, I stuck with their policy and waited for my friend to arrive.

So after my friend has finally made it and we got a table, I found that this “strict” policy does not apply to everyone. The receptionist who was not Asian has just let a Causasian gentlemen to sit at a table while waiting for his party to come.

Apart from the differential treatment, we kept being rushed and interrupted by the waiters who asked us if we wanted to order more food when we still haven’t finished our plates.

To top it off, we were handed the bill before we asked for it and I still haven’t finished my drink. It was so bad I had to laugh at the experience.

So if you want to queue up for this place which is overhyped, be prepared for some “amazing” services that await you, it will definitely expand your horizon of how stressful a night of dining in HK has become.

Food was good enough although I agree with another reviewer about it being over hyped. But the service ruined the experience for us somewhat. We have big appetites and like trying a lot of dishes, so we weren't too surprised when the waiter advised us to subtract one or two dishes as that's the usual response we get. Our usual reply is that we can eat a lot so it's fine, but this waiter kept arguing with us about it when people will usually accept this response and let us order what we want. He

He said he would hold off on ordering the mains until we finished the first couple of dishes first. We said it would be fine and we could order all the dishes now. He insisted that he hold off on the last 2 dishes until we finished the food first - what happened to what the customer wants instead of what the waiter wants?

Don't think we will be returning as it was pricey for standard Japanese food and the service doesn't make up for the price.
