It took the place previously operated by the fusion restaurant from the Little Bao group. The UG/F with the windows opened gave you a tranquil, relaxing atmosphere. A nice lunch break.We chose the mixed cold cuts platter and the cobb salad from the restaurant week’s menu. A very generous portion for all dishes. We chose the mixed cold cuts platter and the cobb salad from the restaurant week’s menu. A very generous portion for all dishes. We got more than half-full after finishing the cold cuts and eating maybe 60% of the salad.

The chicken parmigiana was yummy and presented really hot, love that! The cheese on top was stretchy like a pizza. There were 2 big slices, each one longer than a hand!

The desserts had lower scores as compared to the starters and mains. The mille-feuille had cream inside rather than custard and the pastry was too thick and not crispy enough.

吞拿魚他他一看便知十分新鮮,吞拿魚的大小切得恰到好處,醬汁非常清新,而且酸味不會太重,是很好的餐前開胃菜

這個牛的肉質非常腍,但又不會失去牛的鮮味,配以薯蓉絕對是十分合適,不過略嫌薯蓉水份較多,口感稍差

The beef is very tender and does not lose its beefy flavor. It is perfectly matched with mashed potatoes, although the mashed potatoes have a slightly higher moisture content, impacting the texture.

Gnocchi是意大利特色的麵團,但香港做得好的餐廳不多,這個Gnocchi口感同樣是比較黏口,而且芝士味很重,油份亦很多,吃起來十分膩

Discovered this little Italian bistro in sheung wan/central near PMQ. They have this apertivo deal for only $40 a glass of wine (red/white/Prosecco) and it comes with a cold cut platter! The portion is very generous, and everyone orders one drink gets to have whole platter for yourself, such a steal!The happy hour starts from 4pm to 8pm! Opted for fried burrata, meat balls, tuna tartare, Vitello Tonnato, fritto misto, Rigatoni all' Amatriciana, Tagliolini al Tartufo Nero, prawn spaghetti, seafood strew, and steak

I think there were some hits and misses, the starters were all pretty good, especially loved the meat balls, vitello tonnato, and fried burrata, but the pastas were just so so, the truffle pasta taste kinda bland.
The steak was quite good tho.

Overall, I think we still enjoyed the meal, considering the overall quality at such affordable price, I have no complains.

包晒三款頭盤,而且款款都真心好好食🥰
先有非常香滑嘅Burrata😆雖然唔係原個,但切開再配上魷魚、青口、鮮蝦,加少少橄欖油、羅勒,比起一般嘅Burrata好味得多。
牛肉他他亦有心思,用咗香脆春卷皮包住生牛肉,口感更加豐富☺️而且欣賞佢啲牛肉仲有粒粒口感,加上橄欖、蔥、洋蔥等調味,酸酸鹹鹹更加開胃。

Traditional Milan style braised veal shank w/ mashed potato - Veal shank was super tender & balanced. Interesting mash texture that is rly mushed w/ lemoney flavour 🍋

🦐Sicilian red prawn & tomato spaghetti - more sauce could be added and wished that the prawn flavours could stand out more overall. Could opt for other pasta dishes instead 🤷🏻‍♂️

🍲Mixed seafood stew served w/ bread - quite a generous amount given 👌🏼 tomato sauce is appetising to dip with bread. But shame that one of the mussels were not opened so uneatable

🍎🥧Warm apple pie w/ vanilla icecream & caramel - pleasantly surprised, more like cake than pie with subtle sweetness, balanced well with the warm caramel sauce poured on top. Recommended! 💯

呢間睇落唔起眼嘅上樓餐廳,係我係香港食過最好食嘅義大利菜餐廳唔大,但係坐得好舒服價錢中環黎講非常實惠佢嘅truffle pasta有好濃嘅truffle味,意粉硬度適中,好彈牙Gnocchi 軟綿綿,好似一個個枕頭仔咁Burrata 好軟滑creamy,份量好大,星期一買一送一Cold cuts非常新鮮,第一次食到melt in your mouth嘅cold cut Tuna tartare 外面嘅脆皮好經驗,食落有d似春捲皮,但係成件事好夾整體黎講真係好好味!

首先,我哋叫咗Fried Burrata with Tomato, 本身已經係Burrata 嘅fans,去到餐廳一見到有Burrata 就一定會叫,第一次食炸嘅版本,真係好有驚喜。本身Burrata 都唔係一啲好「漏」嘅芝士,配埋下面嘅蕃茄醬,食晒都唔會覺得「漏」,嚟到一定要食!🙌🏻👍🏻😍

之後再叫多一個cold cut, 呢度係兩個人portion, 但都可以見到份量好足夠,而且有好多唔同款嘅cold cut, 等我哋可以每款都試晒,過足口隱😎

之後叫多左個pasta - Tagliatelle with Culatello, 意粉十分之彈牙有咬口,而且sauce 好creamy, 不過我就覺得配埋煙肉食就有啲太鹹🐒但味道係好食的😋

然後就到我最期待嘅甜品環節,呢度嘅tiramisu 係我食過最creamy 嘅🥹我地再叫多左一球榛子味雪糕,為我嘅friday night 畫上完美的句號🙆🏻‍♀️
下次會同多啲人一齊黎食,咁就可以再試多啲唔同款嘅食物了👅👅

Been wanting to try Filo Cino e Vino for a while now since its opening. This Italian neighbourhood eatery is part of Giando Group and serves up a range of regional Italian dishes with a modern twist. 🇮🇹🍝 Pic 1️⃣: 𝓢𝓲𝓬𝓲𝓵𝓲𝓪𝓷 𝓡𝓮𝓭 𝓟𝓻𝓪𝔀𝓷𝓼 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓣𝓸𝓶𝓪𝓽𝓸 𝓢𝓹𝓪𝓰𝓱𝓮𝓽𝓽𝓲 - $228 hkd 🍝🦐 — Decent portion size and presentation, but this definitely looked better than it tasted. — Decent portion size and presentation, but this definitely looked better than it tasted. Was pretty disappointed by the size and freshness of these Sicilian red prawns, the meat from the prawn was soft and lacked any sort of springy texture. They also did not have much flavour at all and lacked seasoning. However, the pasta was well cooked and the sauce was more flavourful than the prawns though it could’ve been more rich as the prawn flavour wasn’t prominent enough.

— The seafood in this was a lot more fresh compared to the pasta dish but improvements could still be made in terms of flavour. The sauce tasted too strongly of tomatoes and olives and the consistency leaned more towards a thick sauce rather than a stew. The mussels and calamari were pretty tasty and soaked up the sauce quite well, whilst the toasted bread on the side was perfect for dipping purposes.

— Bread was alright, good to share. Would’ve been better if heated up a little.


Overall rating:
😋Taste: food was pretty average, definitely expected more for the price point
📍Ambiance: spacious seating, staff are friendly, pretty good for larger groups as well.
⭐️Would visit again?: Unlikely

最近經過中環PMQ發現到呢間新開嘅意大利餐廳,環境舒適之餘,重點係佢哋Happy Hour超抵,平日星期一、三至五之外,仲要星期六都有得飲😍 $40包一杯酒精飲品,仲可以任食counter嘅cold cuts、芝士同小食🤩 Cold Cuts同芝士食得出係高質素嘅,因為有時喺出面食嘅Cold Cuts會有啲雪味或者肉質好差,但呢到嘅係好食會忍唔到想係咁食,真心好抵!坐喺窗邊仲可以望住街景一路嘆酒,好Chill🙌🏻
