同朋友去咗Cucina 試吓嗰tea set,以價錢來講都算ok。連埋個海景實在超正。但質素真係令我好失望,好大空間改進。1)我要求好食好過平,因為會白白浪費食物同客人進食quota。2)如果成本問題,令到食物質素差,可以考慮減少一兩款,提供一般咖啡或茶,唔使搞乜特飲,因為實在難飲同冇必要。3)明白tea set 以甜食為主,但以朱古力為主要食材實,可以用啲質料好啲嘅朱古力嗎?4)以Cream 或mousse 做餡嗰啲,根本食唔到佢本身想帶出啲味,我到雪櫃味。5)好在12款內面有2,3款Ok,而且其中有兩款有驚喜。一款睇落去似釀紅棗撻,原來係吞拿魚釀小紅椒(小小提意,頂部可以用小小蛋黃醬加檸檬汁,可以增添味道層次,亦可將賣相提升)另一款,以為係普通Macaroon ,點知個餡係鴨肝/鵝肝醬,朋友即時O咗嘴,呢款我有小少建議,加啲紅苺醬平衡翻餅嘅甜度同肝醬嘅油膩。

I enjoyed so many special days in Cucina like family gathering, birthday celebrations and most memorable, my wedding.🥰Very helpful and experienced staff gave me lots of assistance on and before the wedding day. Very helpful and experienced staff gave me lots of assistance on and before the wedding day. They did their job so well that I had nothing to worry about on the big day. The food served at the banquet was exceptionally good. We have chosen the semi buffet style for our guests. We received so many praises from them afterwards about the great food, not to mention the decent environment and stunning harbour view.😉

book左KKday staycation package 有$1300 dining credit 所以過黎食,酒店check- in時話可以直接去餐廳,響reception講底房號就可以,到餐廳同嗰reception問係咪需要講房號,因為我地希望用dining credit, 佢叫我俾嗰physical coupon佢,我話我無,因為我係酒店package住宿dining credit, 佢態度好差同唔相信我所講,好似第一次聽到有人可以用dining credit, 然後再重複問我囉physical coupon, 我心諗我無都無辦法,咁講話埋單嗰陣寫底房號就得,然後check 左一陣,死死地氣問番我嗰 room number, 今時今日咁既服務態度,祝佢好運D嘢食又貴又唔好食,order左seafood risotto (best among the 3 we ordered), lasagna (way below average) and red prawn pasta (prawns are so mushy that they are almost rotten) 價錢大

Visited this restaurant for bday celebration. Staff were nice and helpful. The dining environment was good. My table was arranged besides the window. Visited this restaurant for bday celebration. We had 7ppl. It’s difficult to find a Western restaurant that could hold all of us in one table seats and with harbour view. Luckily, the bday boy found Cucina and so all of us could sit together after checking in with Leavehomesafe and showing our vaccination record. for my fav dish there, it must be Grilled Canadian Pork Chop with Spiced Honey Glazed and Corn Purèe, followed by Grilled Mediterranean Octopus and Eco-certified Scallops on Lemon Scented Mashed Potato, Tomato and Pesto. Very skilful cook to grill these dishes🤤🤤🤤🤤high quality of food ingredients too🤤🤤🤤

Very appetizing😋Slices of octopus were chewy and slightly briny. Combined with scallops, tomato cubes and mashed potato in a single bite, the octopus had very rich texture and had its freshness enhanced! Pesto sauce matched well with the seafood too! Thumb up👍🏻

So far the tenderest and juiciest pork chop I’ve ever had (except the US berkshire pork I introduced before, which was 豬肉眼扒. Guess they are different) The purèe was appetizing but I didn’t dip pork chop in it coz the pork chop was already tasty in itself😋

Booked a table for four persons for dinner. The restaurant has good harbour view, although my table was not nearby the window, I still could see a good view. We’ve just simply ordered a 5-course set dinner menu, it was delicious, and not like other so called fine dining restaurant, the set dinner here was included coffee or tea, what a surprise, but it should be like that. The ambience and service were good as well. Price of food and wine was also reasonable.

朋友推薦的就一於去試一試佢一入去環境不錯幾浪漫,然後店員還悉心安排了窗口位,我地坐低無耐就自拍,侍應見我地影好耐都未滿意,還主動上前幫我地拍照👍讚到食物,由上餐包,頭,湯到Main都幾好,好有條理,熱食的碟都是熱碟很細心,整體都好好味,還會再去

今日晏晝有啲時間4日前Book 咗呢間餐廳仲諗住11點50分去到先坐低點知餐廳12點先開出面喺唔會有位坐 🥲12點正準時開門 職員即刻帶位 因為海景view 所以坐左喺窗口旁但係因為炎熱警告關係 坐果個位都幾熱希望餐廳之後可以改善冷氣溫度問題入正題呢度啲lunch 真係幾抵3 courses 都係300幾第一個 course 叫左蠶豆粟米忌廉湯本身自己對蠶豆真係麻麻湯本身偏淡味main course 當然要試下佢加精選紅蝦意大利扁麵 紅蝦好好味 扁麵果汁唔會太多 剛剛好 蕃茄蒜蓉橄欖配合得非常好 Dessert 🍨就選擇咗甜酒沙巴伴雜苺士多啤梨雪糕過雪糕掌握得唔喺咁好 上到枱雪糕已溶咗五成 希望師傅可以再雪低溫啲雪糕之後跟餐茶black tea 都唔錯 overall 可以再嚟 紅蝦唔錯

第一個 course 叫左蠶豆粟米忌廉湯
本身自己對蠶豆真係麻麻
湯本身偏淡味

main course 當然要試下佢加精選紅蝦意大利
扁麵 紅蝦好好味 扁麵果汁唔會太多 剛剛好 蕃茄蒜蓉橄欖配合得非常好

Dessert 🍨就選擇咗
甜酒沙巴伴雜苺士多啤梨雪糕
過雪糕掌握得唔喺咁好 上到枱雪糕已溶咗五成 希望師傅可以再雪低溫啲雪糕

之後跟餐茶black tea 都唔錯

overall 可以再嚟 紅蝦唔錯

見到呢間好評都多, 諗住酒店質素唔會差得去邊就同d客食飯試下, 點知覺得中伏.....個到環境係算唔錯, 又係大玻璃配無敵大海景6位食飯安排左將大圓檯, 感覺都幾grand就試左佢個lunch menu頭盤係揀左吞拿魚他他賣相好靚...但入口....冇味既d魚又唔油又唔林咁, 感覺似雪藏野主菜係比目魚又係, 賣相係唔錯的, 但條魚真係好普通唔香、又冇咩味咁...我最後冇食晒甜品係檸檬tart雖然我知道呢種tart係會偏甜但佢真係超超超超甜, 我半身已經好食得甜我又係食左一半都冇就冇食...好失望,之後同事都話呢餐唔多好食雖然風景, 食物賣相, 侍應服務係好ok的但應該唔會再幫襯了...

雖然我知道呢種tart係會偏甜
但佢真係超超超超甜, 我半身已經好食得甜
我又係食左一半都冇就冇食...

好失望,之後同事都話呢餐唔多好食
雖然風景, 食物賣相, 侍應服務係好ok的
但應該唔會再幫襯了...

Lobster tail appetizer looks so great that you want to keep looking at it haha.
Risotto using coconut milk is innovative and reminds of curry. Lime sauce provides good lightening to the heavy coconut flavour.
The main course is where the strong flavours kicked in. Beef tenderloin is strong in flavour, goes well with the duck liver, normally would expect a milder taste in this cut of beef but it surprised pleasantly due to its Angus pedigree? Or is it due to the duck liver uplifting the flavour of the beef(someone please tell me). Beef is cooked to perfection in terms of rareness.  If there were more beetroot sauce and spreading it out would add better visual touch to it(my two cents opinion).
Each dish gets stronger in taste culminating in the beef main course, can imagine the chef's careful planning in the ordering of dishes.
Dessert plating is visually appealing as the plate is specially designed. Meringue melts your mouth. Overall, the dessert is a bit lacking in taste contrast, everything on it is sweet. Meringue, ice-cream, macaron, chestnut puree are all sweet. 

Overall, very good experience, certainly a place to revisit.

P.S. need to take more care delivering the dishes as some parts of the beautifully crafted dish got "toppled" when brought to the table.

I just tried the Sat brunch buffet and am so disappointed to the sub standard food quality. Oyster is v small. I cant taste any freshness from mussels, shrimps and other shells. Lobster is better and main courses are acceptable. Just fee choices on dessert. Under covid, restaurant still allows guests to self help taking icecream from the family size buckets, which is not satisfactory at all. Overall food quality is far from standard and I would not recommend
