Always love having lunch at Fish Bar by the pool in nice weather. cozy with fabulous service, best place to stay away from the crowd in Admiralty. Ordered mussel and salad this time, shared between 2 ladies. While I usually prefer blue mussels, the mussels here are so fresh and BIG!

以前係熟客，e家嚟少左...今睌突然有興致嚟，坐在泳池旁，夜涼如水，有泰國風情...很怡人呀奉上〇檬熱水，〇香氣撲鼻，好暖胃必食:Mussels in cream ，份量足， mussel size 大，夠鮮甜，白汁可用新鮮焗烤的整條面包點食，簡直人間極品 👍👍👍Dessert chocolate 摩士，外型靚，摩士不甜膩，夠軟滑，餅底夠香脆，很滿意，很寫意的一餐飯

Didn’t realise there would be absolutely no air con at this restaurant!!! Although the service was good and atmosphere was nice. The food was okay. The lobster and crab cake is recommended. Char grilled ahi tuna was done medium and it was surprisingly nice. Fish and chips was soso. Some of the chips were too chunky and soggy. But don’t go there in summer time!

Went to chill with my buddy and his family on a Saturday. We arrived around 14:00 and my friend made reservation in advance. The restaurant was so nice as they reserved a bigger table for us; since they know that my friend was bringing his baby son as well.The restaurant gives me a very chill and relax feeling. The Fish Bar has been a favourite for me, whenever I visit this place I always had an impression of being in a resort. The dining area is filled with wooden furniture and the dining area faces the swimming pool. In the evening the dining area feels very relaxing as there is often a wind breeze blowing into the dining area.The food they serve is primarily seafood, the menu selections are not as much as other restaurants probably due to the limited space within the kitchen for the Fish Bar. 每到週末，最喜歡就是遠離鬧市。不過有時候時間不容許，我就喜歡找一間poolside 餐廳用膳。一向對poolside 的餐廳情有獨鍾，就如遇見繁華中的小綠洲。多年前來過金鐘JW Marriott 的【Fish Bar】後，就愛上了這一個小地方。若大家都喜歡，最好就是選擇中午時段來用膳，這樣可以好好享受陽光！可惜當日下了微雨，餐廳戶外都關了，我們只可以坐室內的位置。【Fish Bar】就是吃新鮮海鮮。一直都很喜歡吃肉，但近年開始，口味變了，喜歡吃海鮮多了。餐廳會列出當日新鮮的魚扒供客人點選。由於當天早上吃了豐富早餐，肚子不餓，主菜只點了 Salmon，side dish 則點了焗薯。另外，再點了一份Crab Cake。Crab Cake 口感一流，啖啖蟹肉，絕不欺場。不過今次煎得有點燶，看上有點黑，比起之前幾次，賣相是失色了。Salmon 很新鮮，焗薯份量亦很足，兩個人share 也覺得很足夠。對上一之來過點過青口，每隻份量都很大，亦是非常新鮮。那次Side dish 選了最喜歡的薯條。下次大家去【Fish Bar】後也可以考慮這個組合。最後，雨停了，外面也開了，可以在外面坐坐及喝一杯，

Fish Bar可以話係我lunch time既飯堂,唔單上止食物出色,而且仲係對住JW Marriot 既泳池,返工咁樣HEA一HEA,精神都好D今日LUNCH 又去,慶祝同事生日,平時我喜歡坐露天位,不過今天太熱了,選擇左係入面的坐位,涼住冷氣望住個泳池一樣咁舒服!其實呢間餐廳平時都幾FULL,好多附近返OFFICE既人都黎食LUNCH,所以要BOOK位!今日叫左牛油大蝦同和漢堡中蝦用牛油煮好入味,大隻之餘仲好彈牙和牛漢堡其實次次黎都會叫,WAITER仲好好幫我地CUT開兩份,和牛肉味香,JUICY,SET入面仲有粗炸薯條一樣咁好食

我覺得如果見客或者想同一個好耐冇見嘅朋友一齊好舒服、好休閑、好自在咁享用午餐嘅一個好地方。呢餐廳嘅賣點係可以香港呢個咁繁忙嘅城市裏面，可以有一個地方好舒服、好安靜咁望住一個游泳池去食享用自己嘅午餐。你地可以坐兩、三個鐘都OK嘅。最緊要係佢哋嘅食物質素都唔錯。上次我食咗炸魚薯條，個炸魚啲炸粉剛剛好，好脆同唔厚。今次就真係有啲驚喜喎。因為叫咗個煮八爪魚，佢哋係成條大八爪魚腳咁上，個八爪魚呢又諗啦，又入味啦，又有八爪魚味，一個字'正'。我哋都叫咗一個和牛漢堡。個和牛漢堡都幾Juicy,啲芝士溶咗喺面，都幾夾，嗰牛肉都有牛肉味。

I came here with my friends for a lunch. We heard many great reviews of this place.Wow, the food was great! The oysters we ordered were very fresh, we shared a dozen between 2 people. We also ordered the skewers and the burger, both very nice. We loved this place and we would come back for sure!

陽光普照既五一黃金週，又點可以留喺屋企，梗係出街食個relaxing lunch。今次就㨂左JW Marriot 既Fish Bar，原因就係因為想pool side lunch，感覺舒服d。黎到Fish Bar，當然要食Crab and lobster cake，價錢＄220兩件，其實一d都唔貴，因為入有大量蟹肉，係我食crab cake 以黎，食過最多蟹肉既crab cake，每一啖都有好多蟹肉絲，而表面又煎得好香脆，再加埋檸檬汁，酸酸地，超好味，強烈推介。另外，再叫左wagyu burger，牛肉好juicy，不過唔講禾牛，真係食唔出，但整體味道都唔錯。飲品方面，叫左strawberry banana smoothies，呢杯野飲就有d失望，香蕉味唔夠香＆濃，飲落有d似生香蕉既味道。

今晚係魚吧晚餐...首先員工服務好好..好有禮貌!!點了蟹餅...蟹餅好大個而且有好多好多蟹肉..外脆內軟...然後再來個燒虎蝦.虎蝦隻隻都好大隻又彈牙..仲有好香嘅蝦膏味!!!最驚喜係而家做緊promotion..70蚊7隻生蠔...本身我係一個唔好食生蠔嘅人..但見咁平就叫左黎試..點知一口氣食左5隻..真係好鮮甜好正呀!!!! 又好味好抵食..無咩理由唔叫黎食😍😍總括今晚餐飯...環境寧靜舒適...服務一流..食物有水準價錢又合理！係一間值得推介嘅餐廳...一定會再來😋😍

今日同家人黎食lunch 貪佢環境夠舒服。唔使同人迫嗌左個龍蝦 漢堡 同炸魚薯條龍蝦食落都係啖啖肉。夠juicy 漢堡塊肉多汁唔乾口 不過不失另外個炸魚柳。外脆內軟 薯條亦好脆而不油價錢係偏貴。份量唔算多 但勝在食佢精緻舒適服務好

由於公司在附近，早幾年經常到此光顧。今天再來，鮮魚依然美味，pan-seared Red Snapper 鮮甜美味配上青豆、粟米、沙律菜及薯容非常清新， 全都是原汁原味，更驚喜是special promotion - Chandon cocktail ，令這午餐更完美，加上泳池景絕對是忙裡偷閒的好地點。另一亮點：每次來到，均踫上不少明星、名人、達官貴人。

我比較少會在金鐘午餐今天友人選擇這裡原因...友人知道我最愛吃魚一到坐原來室內沒有冷氣的還好今天並不太熱所以還可以有生蠔當然少不了但味道一般 這裡只有一款湯所以別無他選海鮮湯味道我覺得似有味水一樣不好喝蟹餅質地比較易散開味道太淡 本來還希望魚會好一點但完全沒味道而且帶點腥味 總結...以酒店餐廳來說水準比較差但服務還可以
