首次在此午餐。點了「順」特別套餐。鵝肝多士煎得剛剛好,表面香脆內裡juicy。昆布凍豆腐味道清淡平衡了鵝肝的油膩。魚生飯新鮮,算是不錯。米飯略嫌平凡,米香不夠。冷烏冬也不錯。這個價錢,食物服務收有餘。

歺廳行高档路線, 好少人, 呢個價錢比呢個食物算OK, 因為都唔算平, 3個人埋單都1K, 食物都新鮮但未去到頂級咁LOR, 刺身OK但牛肉就好麻麻喇, 好偶然下都會返去再食, 但不至於很喜歡, 會常常幫襯佢lor.

聽聞天后食肆不少, 自從早前在附近上班體驗過後, 原來所言甚是.不過水準就感覺有點參差不齊, 這天中午就來這家日本料理試試他們的午市套餐.一個壽司飯加一個麵類定食, 一律HK$128, 計起來又不算貴.壽司飯選擇了醬油吞拿魚飯份量不太多, 但吞拿魚有5片都切得頗有厚度, 質感滑身, 醬油浸得味道剛好不會過咸, 吃起來幾香飯就比較少, 整體也算是OK的.烏冬可選冷烏冬或蕎麥麵, 一向對香港出品的蕎麥麵沒多信心, 還是來個前者好了.冷烏冬份量不會太多但在半飽的情況下也剛夠, 烏冬入口偏淋身不夠煙韌, 但質地算幾滑口.整體來說水準只是平平, 當然又未算是伏的.

份量不太多, 但吞拿魚有5片都切得頗有厚度, 質感滑身, 醬油浸得味道剛好不會過咸, 吃起來幾香

The tomato

The chef indicated what 's fresh on that day , he recommended to pick the tomatoes , so here comes the starter . A plump tomato were equally sliced in 8 pieces . However , the tomato and vinger sauce are both too sour ! It can't even strike a balance between the sweetness and sourness . Disapponted .

Since it's a large gathering , we picked different kinds of sashimi . All of us are craving for raw stuff. The uni is very fresh with oustanding presentation . Sweetness and mellowness blendling harmoniously in mouth . 

The Oyster

Oyster imported from Hokkaido . Extremely creamy and big ! The texture is very smooth with dense salty hint , adding the lime juice can balance the favor , just perfect . 

The Conch

Another pleasant delights . The Conch was nicely placed .Flowers and gold leafs were sprinkled on top . Product of Hiroshima . The conch was cut into thin slice . Very chewy with firm and springy texture . Al Dente ! 

The Clam

This is like a gold treasure ! The chef said live cuts like lkizukuri always can stimute your taste buds . But since I am not a big fans of thick sliced clams . I think it's nothing special and pricy to live seafood cuts .

Wow ! This hit the spotlight . As u can see ! Fruitful and greatly colourful ! U have no idea why they can form such a masterpiece 

Both eye slight and taste temptation . The platter offer like 10 kinds of sashimi and seafood . All are up to standard and fresh except the prawn .The meaty toro and alfonsino were splendid and rich , it melts in your mouth directly . Scallops are gigantic. However , the penoy prawn were not impressed . It's small and mushy !

The best 4 freshest fish with sea urchin sushi . Surly satisfy the max . The amount of the sea urchin is extremely surprising , tremendous ! We take the penoy prawn , hartail flounder , alfonsino and the rosy senbass . Hard to explain in words , u must go for a try .

The fish is a waste . They roasted the fish for too long . Overcook due to lack of time controlling . As a result , the fish is very dry and not juicy at all . Can't bring out the freshness and it's tasteless.

很久沒吃天婦羅了,今次來到這間日本餐廳,閱讀了餐牌後,一見到它便不用多想的要點它了。外型不錯,是典型的天婦羅擺法。先吃的是蝦,很新鮮,不會油,唔錯。而其的的菜蔬也炸的很好。最喜愛是茄子。一點不油之餘也保持了鮮味,在吃炸物的同時提供了一口清新的味道,一贊。

舊店沒有到過, 因在附近上班, 剛巧經過才知道有這間日本料理開張, 而且是由舊址搬過來, 於是與同事們試菜, 12:15, 店員帶位後立即給我們餐牌, 我選擇了天婦羅烏冬, 有的同事選擇了牛肉鍋, 靖魚定食等..., 大家異口同聲都說下次再來光顧, 老闆娘給我們九折咭(設有有效日期), 即免去加一服務費...天婦羅的虾很大隻, 有新鮮冬姑, 青椒, 茄子, 蕃薯, 吃後不感到好油, 雖然沒有加錢吃稻庭烏冬, 亦感到烏冬很"滑", 吃一碗天婦羅烏冬(仲有兩個卷物)已經飽足一個下午, 說到牛肉鍋, 熱騰騰奉上, 而且有很多配料-菜, 該店亦提供"添飯"服務, 一定飽肚, 感到在該店吃, 很有家庭FEEL呀!
