Having been to most of the restaurants in K11 Musea, the level of services and the quality of food have to the most unsatisfactory of them all. We were travelling in a group and were asked to present a RAT test record after having scanned our vaccination records. Upon showing the records, one of us were told that we must prove that the record was for today even though we showed him the date of the picture taken. He continued to demand that we should go to the nearest 7-11 to buy another RAT to t
We were travelling in a group and were asked to present a RAT test record after having scanned our vaccination records. Upon showing the records, one of us were told that we must prove that the record was for today even though we showed him the date of the picture taken. He continued to demand that we should go to the nearest 7-11 to buy another RAT to test it in front of him to prove we are negative. Our friend was reasonably frustrated by the attitude and the indignity of being questioned.
Since some of the friends have already arrived earlier and ordered their food. The rest of us were visibly frustrated and the waiter went on to say we could sit in separate groups to avoid having to show RATs, but the point is our friend has shown his result but refused nonetheless.
Our friend left without saying a word leading to an embarrassing situation for the rest of us of not being able to leave with him as the children were about to start eating.
The lunch pretty much went down hill from now on; the food was so-so for the price (food court on B1/F would probably be better), unlike the restaurant next door, it has no windows and therefore no views at all.
Definitely do not recommend this restaurant at all. But if you must go in a group, make sure you bring your RAT with you or bring some spare ones to do them in front of the gentleman/lady at the door.
